This is a hidden gem. The food was great. Everything seemed home cooked. I got the hamburger steak with fried green tomatoes and beans. The waitress was very friendly and the food came out quickly. Fried chicken was good. They were out of a lot of stuff I wanted, and they put mayo and lettuce on my husband's burger when he said ketchup only. The waitress was very forgetful. Peach cobbler was okay, too. I didn't like the plain mashed potatoes. My husband said the fries weren't that good either. I absolutely love eating at the Dinner Bell. The atmosphere is out of this world, it's very clean, the staff is so friendly and quick to get to you. The food is out of this world. If you want the best chicken livers around you got to go to the Dinner Bell. I promise you won't be disappointed. All of the food is absolutely delicious and fresh. The price on food is very reasonable. You will definitely get your money's worth. I've ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner here. There breakfast is delicious. First time in the Dinner Bell. It harkens a little to the original restaurant in Clanton by that name. The food was good and served hot. Service was excellent. I will definitely be back to this one. If they could have gotten the pie recipes from the original Dinner Bell owner, who took those to her grave, they would truly have a place that set them apart. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
