At the basement of Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel, dimsums dishes are nice, grilled pork is lit, and the sausage claypot rice is awesome! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1,400–1,600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Michelin restaurant serving delicious Cantonese food. We ordered some drunken chicken, roasted duck, steamed chicken with ginger, fried rice with Chinese sausage and soy sauce, broccoli and garlic, fried rice noodles with sliced beef Strongly advised to make a reservation. We had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. Convenient location with good public transportation. But $$$$ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We book via web for 2 people , there was no any possibility and availability for 4. But in the end, they offered us a table for 4. They said they don’t have any table for only 2. This is quite pricey for dishes. Cooking specialty……..I think you can find a lot of restaurants with similar price in the new environment with nice decorations. The palazzo is vecchio. Also the parking in this area is a nightmare. We finally paid USD150 for 2 with those dishes.

Nice comfortable decor, on B1 level, no windows. Mostly large tables, reservation is recommended, certain dishes also need to pre order, such as the golden goose, 4 ways, which is a very popular item. The goose dishes were all delicious, tasty, flavorful. The pancakes were perfect, the meat salad was our favorite item, refreshing and love the sauce. The dim sum items were reasonably good, could use some improvements. The pork belly though was just average. Service was ok, could use more staff. Overall, the goose alone already earns them the 5 stars.
No complaints on the food, was especially surprised by the taste of the roast goose! But have given The Dragon overall 2 Stars for its service. I had expected a better service for the amount paid and following are the area for improvement: 1. The restaurant was crowded with customers waiting outside as most of their bookings is at 1800H. The seats outside was not enough and customers are crowding round waited to be seat. Suggest to put booking time to 1830H instead and when customers are early, they can be asher to sit down at their table instead of crowding outside the restaurant. 2. We order Claypot rice and soup and requested for the waiter to divide the food for us. The waiter told us to do it ourselves and walk away. Firstly, waiter had declared a reasonable request as it is not easy for the customer to divide the food for themselves. Secondly, these 2 dishes need extra bowls and waiter did not offer before walking away. Only upon request, these bowls were then provided. Although the food and atmosphere of The Dragon was good, I do not think that I will visit again given that the service is not update to standard. Hope that my suggestion can be of help. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

We were lucky to book a table for 3 having a wonderful lunch time in this restaurant. They launched a special buffet in event for 2 months after a long quarantine period in this Pandemic. Event though it’s a lunch buffet, but they didn’t compromise the quality! Some of the highly recommended dishes must try!

Recommended in the Michelin Guide, 辰園 The Dragon (B1) focuses on family-friendly upscale dining, with both open and private seating of 2 to 10 per table. Definitely on the rich side, their Cantonese fare is fresh and flavorful. Staples such as shumai and white radish cakes are excellent. Compared to The Grand Sheraton's other restaurants, this offering might be considered mid-range: customers should expect to spend NT$1000+ per head, to get a comfortable and fulfilling experience.

This is a high end Cantonese restaurant at Sheraton Taipei. One must try its iconic dish Roasted goose, served four different ways, Hong king style crispy goose, crispy goose leg with hoisin sauce, stir fried diced goose with Romaine lettuce, and goose soup. The chef will come to your table to slice the goose in front of you as a show to delight your dining experience. In addition, diners also have a selection of classic dim sum and signature Cantonese dishes, such as crispy pork, roasted chicken. Waiters and waitresses here are all very friendly and helpful as what one can imagine when dining in a five star hotel restraint. Though it could be expensive to have dinner here, it is still worth the money you pay.
Quite disappointed to be honest as this place has so many good reviews. Peking duck skin is too fatty. Duck meat has no flavour. The famous crispy charsui is way toooooo sweet and not crispy at all. Feels like over sous vide. Dim sum is average because you can get way better ones in San won hotel with cheaper price. Overall not really worth it to try this place. If you fancy similar food then Shang Palace of Shangri-la hotel is a much better option. Also parking facility is so bad of Sheraton hotel.

The food was very good. The bbq especially. The staff had their air of panic that was giving me anxiety. One of the most anxious dining experiences in memory! I thought the atmosphere had a liminal quality I really did not enjoy, but maybe some people go for that. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
