This is a neat little hole in the wall that is very tiny in downtown Zihuatanejo. George is a great bartender that serves some of the coldest beers in town. Two bar tops that sit about 8 people and another out by the street that sit two or three. Don’t blink or you will miss this quaint place. Also has a small banos.

A staple for Zihua expats. Service is excellent, prices are reasonable. If you're lucky you'll catch the mixologist MacGyver doing some of his fancy bottle tricks while he makes original and fantastic cocktails.

Everyone here loves to talk. Great people and cold beer. Smallest bathroom I have ever seen, worth the visit alone. 5 stars!

Measuring a place 1 to 5 stars is VERY subjective. The Fishing Hole is a tiny, street-side corner bar. To sit here on one of the 6 or 7 stools is to be a part of the street scene. The various bartenders seem to know everybody in the neighborhood. It's not at all fancy. It's authentic Mexico!
