I discovered The Flan Shop on IG and boy, am I glad I did! The Flan shop has served me in many occasions. The first dessert I tried from here was the gelatina mosaic. The gelatina was a real treat as I was never able to find this halal. I then, tried the mini coffee and pistacho flan. The coffee flan wasn’t over powering with coffee taste but still creamy and delectable. The pistachio! This is a must try for everyone. She actually adds a pistachio crust to the bottom of the flan and this is honestly my favorite. Everything I have tried has surpassed my expectations. The owner, Laila is always open to my feedback and never fails to tweak if needed. Another must is her Banh Mi chicken sandwich. This was rich in flavor, juicy, without being soggy and tasted authentic. I’m literally waiting for her to make it again. Try anything on the menu you won’t be disappointed!!
