This place is super cute and very popular in the town of Felton! The owner is really nice, and she has curated a fantastic menu that is mostly vegetarian/plant-based. There are shelves at the front with tons of great local products and housewares; love that this business supports other local small businesses and artisans! Indoor seating and outdoor patio areas too. Highly recommend checking it out if you're in town! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nice place, lots of inside seating plus cute patio. The menu looked interesting, however we were unable to try anything as their kitchen closes at 2pm. Service is also incredibly slow, there are just 4 people in front of us, but we spent over 20 minutes in line, only to hear that the kitchen just closed when it was eventually our turn. Our coffees took over 15 to prepare. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

The Grove Cafe a very cute and intimate place to have a little date or hangout with friends - cool outdoor patio area . Impressed by the healthy menu items. Had to grab some baked goods to go. I think my only objection is the wait time it takes for coffee refill - felt like I was forgot. Otherwise- service was good and ambiance was the best. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Delicious coffee and phenomenal food, from pastries to sandwiches. The only turn off, is how cold it is inside. Literally everyone inside is wearing jackets and some even have hats. I know the idea is that if you keep the door open it drives business, but it’s a well established business now. People know you’re open. And there’s nothing pleasant about sitting inside, on a cold 52 degree day, feeling cold as you eat your food. Also, I generally run warm…. kinda just ruins the vibe - i can feel a cool breeze on me as I wear two jackets. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
I loved this cafe! I appreciate the vegan options and they did not disappoint. We ordered the rainbow tofu bowl, the chia seed pudding, and a slice of the vegan carrot cake-like bread. I couldn’t believe how beautiful it all looked when it came out, both the food and gorgeous ceramics it was served in. It tasted as good as it looked and felt so nourishing. The golden milk latte was also delicious. You can really see and taste the attention to every little detail, every piece of fruit in the chia seed pudding was perfectly ripe! Even my toddler was digging in to it all. Thank you for the lovely experience, would highly recommend to vegans and omnivores alike. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was passing through on the way to the state park and stopped for lunch. The sandwich I had was fantastic (it was tasty and had a great balance), and they had a great selection of sweet treats. I definitely recommend. They have a deck out the back, and small tables at the front to catch the sun, which I did. I'm not sure the reasons but only takeaway packaging allowed when sitting out the front which was slightly disappointing (could have saved the waste). I am a big fan of The Grove! I don’t eat gluten and the house made gluten free bread here is some of the best ever. The chia seed pudding and mochi donuts are also delicious. I hate to be greedy but am hoping they may expand their gf pastry offerings in the future. So glad to have this great cafe in Felton. The Grove serves fresh, delicious and healthy food like sandwiches and bowls. The food is plant forward without feeling vegan-preachy. I like eating mainly plant-based but love a bit of cheese or other animal protein as icing on the cake, and this place fits the bill perfectly.
This evening we enjoyed a wonderful neighborhood night! Crab season opener! The crab boil was absolutely delicious including herby new potatoes, garlic bread and tangy slaw. The grilled lemons were an extra special touch. We had the excellent warm and creamy Mac n cheese, and the house salad with a simple and delicious Italian dressing. The Brussels sprouts were crispy and fabulous with the aioli! The meal was topped off with lemon ice box cake, so light with scrumptious cream cheese icing! Such a special treat for this Thursday night, thanks Chef!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Three people for lunch and the food was fresh. The ham and brie sandwich comes on a baguette that is toasted and therefore very difficult to eat. The seating is uncomfortable. We were shocked to pay a $15 corkage fee when we bought a $38 bottle of wine from the establishment. Overall, $140 for 3 people (1 sandwich, 1 mushroom toast and 1 salad) including wine and gratuity seemed a bit high for the atmosphere. Probably best to get a pastry and tea. 😊 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
