The one in Rosemead is so much better their burgers are made better over all onions grilled just right burger is juicy cheese perfect melt and the taste delis. I seen there was one here in El Monte so I came was so disappointed what a difference everything about the burger was so off. Going back to Rosemead. Food: 3

Hadn't been to the habit in a long time was just leaving the cemetery and decided to go and have something to eat the outside was really nice and clean pleasant to sit. I ordered a bacon Burger with cheese French fries and a drink and I also ordered a kid's meal with the sweet potato fries only problem I had is that the kids burger meal didn't have anything but cheese no tomato no lettuce or pickle nothing Something a little healthy for the kids Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

I have come here on several occasions, drive thru and sit down, and they have been great every time. From fixing a wrong order and refunding me my money to upgrading my drink free of charge while providing friendly service to the food being spot on every time, reflects the great customer service that keeps me coming back to this location with their walk up order window and nicely done outside patio. Food is good, but its not any better then any other hamburger business. Prices are extremely high,I understand that prices have changed but prices at The Habit have doubled. Not very many families will be able to eat here, a family of 4 will probably pay 60 to 80 dollars for combos. I ordered a santa barbara burger combo and paid 16.00. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I went there today during my lunch for a promo code I had. The burger was delicious. The only thing that bothered me was the manager. It looked like the girl in the drive thru was training and was unable to scan my code. The manager looked bothered and took over. During that process he said to another employee "help the girl out" like she did something wrong. If he's a manager clearly he should deal with situations in a better way, not in front of customers. The poor employee I'm sure is just training and that "girl" has a name. Talk about being rude, if he was my manager back in the day I would've quit on the spot. No need to be rude to your employees!

I went to the location in El Monte for a salad. I was very disappointed in the presentation and the ahi was hard and terrible! It was made very sloppy and they forgot my avocado and the drive thru cashier handed me the avocado with filthy hands that had been touching several other orders and when she handed my order the bag was greasy from her hands. It was disgusting! The overall experience was horrible and I will not go there ever again!!! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Thought I'd give it a try .... I wan in the mood for something a little different so I thought I'd stop by this location for lunch on Monday. Found out that there was no indoor dining, but was invited to order at the walk-up window and eat on the patio ... in 100-degree heat. Solid pass. Given the choice of dining indoors in air-conditioned comfort or sitting outside sweating, I know where I'll be taking my business. Sorry, Habit Burger, but I guess you're a habit I won't be acquiring.

It was my first time here so I didn’t know they don’t have an indoor dine in area. They do have a patio area that worked out anyway.
