Nice place, but the food isn't impressive. People freely smoke here, which is quite annoying. After the staff received our request, they sent another staff member to confirm they understood correctly. We had to wait nearly 10 minutes to get some ketchup for dipping our french fries after our food arrived. The funniest part is that Diet Pepsi was presented as Pepsi Zero! However, I'm giving this a 2-star rating because I truly enjoyed my passion fruit smoothie, even though it tasted more like pineapple juice.

Food is honestly very good, staff are helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere is very comforting. Recommended for friendgroups or small families. However, the reason i give it 3/5 is due to the long wait to receive your food, and ther overpricing. The prices were acceptable but were recently raised making it unacceptable. (I recommend the pasta there though 😋)

A disappointing visit.
Most of the wings were raw and the sauces were over thick.
The ventilation wasn't sufficient and the music was too load.
The seats and tables are too narrow for a group.
As well we tried the Quesadilla, the onion and the bell pepper were still raw.

🔹Experience: One of the best restaurants in Aley City whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is a very beautiful place with cozy and beautiful interior decoration, friendly and welcoming staff, and a nice ambiance. I went there for dinner with a group of friends friend and it was awesome.
🔹Food: Their new menu is really rich and diverse with amazing plates. Every plate has a special taste, very unique and nice presentation, and for sure very fresh ingredients.
My recommendations are the following:
-Pollo Al Funghi ( one of the best).-Chicken Quesadillas.
-Milano Chicken Sandwich.-Mushroom Swiss Burger.-Volcano Salad.-Egg Burger.
🔹Service: The service is good but could be better and a waiter serving the plates not to mention his name was not that friendly. ( that is my only negative feedback).
This place is highly recommended.
PS: Please update your menu on Zomato as it is outdated.
A very bad experience
The order took more than thirty minutes and every 5 minutes they’d apologize and say they have an issue in the kitchen.
The burger we ordered had a very bad taste. It’s clear the meat is of very bad and low quality. It was greasy and smelled disgusting.
We were 4, and when each of us had one bite of the burger, we all agreed that it was inedible.
We called the waiter, a polite young man, he immediately apologized and removed the plates saying he’ll come back with different ones or they won’t charge us for these burgers.
He came back after 5 more minutes saying that the chef checked the meat and decided it was good as per his taste.
We ordered the check to go eat somewhere else, to our surprise, they charged full price even though they removed the plates full.
We asked to talk to the chef, they made us wait 10 more minutes and then said he’s not there.
I would never recommend the Host for anyone.
Do not go there!
Those people don’t know anything about hospitality or proper management.
They are already overpriced,13$ for a greasy disgusting burger that we didn’t eat. A very smart way to get customers!
They thought they made profit out us. They don’t know about reputation and sustainability. We’ll make sure to tell everyone we know about how horrible this Host is, and let them enjoy the undeserved haram money.

Instagram: @makram.radwan, Of all the places I've been and all the restaurants that I've tried, The Host Aley will forever be among by favorites. Since it opened and even 4 years later, i used to have a meal at least once a day at this lovely and delicious restaurant and i used to frequently go there, almost everyday. The food was so delicious and exotic, each item in the menu was crafted to perfection. The variety of food and the wide selection of items made this place a hidden gem that its worth visiting. The bar section also didn't disappoint as they use to serve some really good cocktails and a wide selection of alcohol. Watching football games there was my favorite thing to do, and every Thursday i had to be there for the open wings and beer which was more than satisfying. Any item that used to be added to the menu, or any upgrade on the whole menu used to give this place more reasons to be successful. Check out the photos, and i can assure you that i've had alot more dishes and i have pictures of all of them. Once i have reach to them i'll make sure to add them.
