From time to time I like some good old Krystal’s burgers and fries. But the last three times I have ordered from them through the Door Dash App. There has been a problem with every order and the food is just not as good as it use to be and another thing is if you order from DD you better pay close attention to their prices. Because you might order something from the top of the page and almost at the end there is the same thing you just ordered. But the cost is 16 dollars cheaper?? I don’t understand how they can do that. But anyway also there is guaranteed for something to be wrong with your order and if you call them. They might pickup the phone only to tell you to call DD and DD refuses to do anything. DD is acting like I want my money back. NO FOOL JUST REORDER MY FOOD CORRECTLY AND HAVE A DASHER BRING ME MY ORDER. THEY CAN HAVE THE WRONG ORDER BACK. BUT DD IF YOU COMPLAIN TO MUCH THEY JUST DENY EVERY COMPLAINT AND ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO CORRECT THE ORDER. SHAME ON KRYSTALS AND SHAME ON DOOR DASH. Service Delivery Food: 2 Service: 1

It had been a while since I've been to Krystal, but I was craving some of those delicious little squares today. I went inside and ate. I ordered the number 4, it included 5 cheese Krystal burgers, a drink, and chili cheese fries. Everything was hot and delicious, and I might make this a regular thing. The lady that rang me up was very nice, so was the young lady that brought my food to my table. She asked me if I needed anything else, and I asked her for some mustard packs, and she brought them right out. I've been going to this Krystal for as long as I can remember. I have fond memories of coming here with my grandfather. I would get a few Krystal burgers and a large chili with their delicious oyster crackers. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The drive through girl got my order wrong and when I asked for it to be corrected she got an attitude. Then she gave me food that was thrown together and missing stuff. The prices are ridiculous so getting what I actually ordered prepared the way it should be should’ve been handled better. First of all the information is incorrect from what I understand they are open 24 hours having been there many times early week in the 2:00 a.m. range. Always very friendly polite take very good I feel cheated tonight the burgers are obviously hours old, the cheese was still cold the buns weren't steamed or even hot, first time I've had stomach cramps come on so quickly. Hopefully isolated incident since that hasn't happened to me at this restaurant before. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

We always love going to Krystal's. It's been my favorite place since I was a kid. This restaurant is no different than any other...they have good days & bad. Thankfully they are pretty good at admitting it's a bad day or bad attitude & make your food the right way without treating you as if you asked them to start your order by hunting down wild cattle (if there were any). Woman at the drive through was incredibly rude, got my order wrong and huffed at me for it, then loudly told her coworkers I was "changing" my order. It's not "changing" when that was what I ordered to start with. I ended up driving off without the food because of her bad attitude.

This place is headed downhill fast! The wait time is ridiculous. Customer service is almost non existent since the manager left. Her name was crystal or Cynthia or something like that.
