Tried this place for dinner during a work trip. The pizza was good. Staff was fast and friendly. Dining area was clean. Reminds me of an old-school cafeteria-style restaurant. I still liked the pizza and prices were acceptable. Give this place a try and I think you will enjoy yourself. One of the silver linings of covid was that many restaurants made it easier for handicapped patrons to order by offering curbside service. When I discovered Pizza Place did, I ordered several times for pickup. Their double doors are so hard to get in and out while using a crutch and carrying a box and forget about getting a drink. I called to order last week, then called when I arrived to tell them I was out front. They said they don't offer curbside any longer. When I explained that I wasn't able to manage their inaccessible doors and my order, their decision didn't change. So I cancelled my order and unfortunately won't return. My favorite pizza for 40 years. They are NOT handicap accessible. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Used to be the absolute best pizza you ever had. It's still great, but not every pizza is great. The thing is, when you get a mediocre pizza you're still paying premium prices and it's disappointing. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

My family and I have always loved pizza place never once have we complained BUT tonight I drove from rockport to get the 2 large pizzas I ordered. When I got back home they forgot to put pepperoni on the one and the cheese was still in its original shape “unmelted”. I called them and was nice on the phone stating my issue and asking for either a refund or a make up pizza. The girl that answered the phone was relaying the conversation with the man that makes the pizzas. He first told her no, then he changed his mind and told her to let me know they don’t do refunds but I could have a $6 in store credit 😒 I literally just spent $63 on 2 pizzas. I could hear him being nasty in the back ground so I told her to tell him to just keep the money and not to worry about me or my family ever coming back. The mushrooms and peppers were ice cold like he didn’t even bake them with the pizza.

It's my favorite place to go for pizza. Probably eat there a few times a week. It may be pricey but it's well worth it. Recently I've noticed the flavor isn't what I remember. It's nowhere near what it used to be. We asked if they changed something and they said no but I swear the crust and sauce taste very bland. It's kind of hit and miss anymore, but lately it has been more of a miss. I'll still go in hopes it will be what it once was again. The cheese was even pretty flavorless.
