Completely a hybrid environment. Mondays specials are drinks that begin with the letter M. Tuesdays has a signature drink menu. Wednesday is wine day. Busiest days, Friday and Saturday. You can bring your own food into establishment. To save the environment, they can use cans with lids cut off, cleaning them versus throwing massive waste away. But it's a very clean, nice place, the owner also has Sway a sandwich, wine establishment next door.

So, I came to the Pour House to get a couple of drinks with friends who were leaving town. We ordered 1 drink each and we were having fun. Went to order another drink and they told us they couldn't serve us anymore. I asked why and was told the management said we couldn't have anything else. It's kind of a loud place to begin with, and we were laughing and having fun. I would normally give a great review, but I can't this time. I won't come back to this establishment and I don't recommend it to anybody else.

Really enjoyed this cocktail bar in downtown Abilene. Great atmosphere, the drinks are phenomenal, and everyone was super friendly. I can't say enough great things about the staff. All the mixologists were so kind and knowledgeable. The only negative is that the QR code for the menu seems to only like iPhones. It's definitely a spot I will go back to visit.

I visited my sister today and we dropped by this charming bar. Do yourselves a favor and go try their Pumpkin Guts cocktail before it is taken off the seasonal menu. It is easily in the top 10 cocktails I've ever had (and I've had a lot of cocktails). The other drink choices also looked amazing! Their online ordering service is great for socially awkward people like me and the bartender was very friendly. They had the bar decked out floor to ceiling in Halloween decorations. A great time was had and we will definitely be back the next time I visit!

Great place for an amazing drink the bartenders are amazing. We love this place!!! and atmosphere is cozy and inviting, staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensured we had a great time.
