Food was excellent. The best part was how the male bartender went out of his way to make our evening enjoyable. We ended up staying later than anticipated due to meeting locals and swapping stories. Part of working storms/powerlines is difficulty finding places open to eat, and/or obtaining hot food, once the lineman finish their shift. Bartender went over and above to accommodate our men. The Pub II in Danville is excellent! Their pizza is top notch, we had the buffalo chicken. You also can't go wrong with the pretzels. Lindsay is really good at her job and personable! The service by the only bartender/waitress on duty on Saturday at 7:00 pm was horrendously slow. 28 customers at the pub and only one person working out front. Too loud for dinner but great if you are already wasted. Hard to get a drink refill. The food is decent though.

Just in for a drink with friend. We have eaten here and the pizza is fantastic. The bartender killed it with the best Guinness pour I've seen this side of the pond. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

We didn't have the greatest experience; we were there for a very long time to get our burgers. It seems that we came in during a busy time on a busy day while they were understaffed, which is understandable, but we were still very irritated by several things that went on. BUT we raised our concerns to the server and he was quick to make things right with us. I have the feeling that we just had one bad experience and that it wasn't emblematic of their usual service. In town for Memorial Day at AOAA. 4 of us showed up around 9:30, walked in and noticed there was only one bartender running the whole front end (so sorry man, I did not catch your name). Due to some dumb PA age restriction laws, we were told we couldn’t order food after 10PM. Ordered quick, food came out quick, before 10PM. Food was amazing, definitely recommend the “Pub II Mac & Cheese”. Our Server/Bartender was great, he was on-top of everything. We’ll be going back when we’re in Danville. Had the best Stromboli EVER here!!! The wings and pasta were also amazing. The staff is terrific and on top of customer needs. A really nice place to chill and eat good food.
