I love this place. I drove over an hour just to come here today for a nice relaxing afternoon alone. The house made tots were fantastic as always. (That's what I really come for ;)) the burger was also amazing. Special shout out to Netta the bartender! I myself am a bartender and always appreciate exceptional service. She's great!!! Atmosphere is still there, service has gone downhill and food quality as well. Not so local anymore, unfortunately. Turning into more of a bar food vibe. I miss the lamb burger and inventive menu items like the red onion jam. The menu is almost reminiscent of a typical chain at least in Strongsville, OH. From last summer to now, you can tell there were significant budget cuts made. I’m not impressed and will have to try the Columbus, OH location. Stick to Flipside, folks! Food was good, service was okay, but what really made the experience negative was that the restaurant had this sign on every table stating a promo that they had going on for the month (that only states what you have to order to get the deal). We ordered 2 entrees, the pickles, a flatbread, more to go, and tipped 20% on the full bill. Once paying , we realized we didn’t get the promo and the server told us that actually we would have to ask specifically for it before ordering, yet there’s nothing on the sign stating that. We called the manager today and they dismissed the situation and told us to call corporate if we want a resolution. Very poor way to handle your business, it really wouldn’t be too hard to put “Just mention it to your server!” on the sign. We spent over $150 total for 3 adults and a child, a good server would’ve mentioned the promo initially to add to her total tab and we probably would’ve ordered more and given her an even larger tip. The food was amazing! The burger was a bit sweet, besides that, it was super good! I order the Classic American Cheeseburger but with only bacon and cheese, nothing else! Make sure to remember ketchup if you like it though! Waiters were super nice! Experience is definitely worth it when your going to see family! Service Dine in Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our waitress Netta was absolutely amazing. She was the best waitress I can remember having on a very long time. She was attentive, and did not make us feel like our party of 10 was a burden, which can happen sometimes. She quickly brought anything that was asked for, and she was also very good with the 2 kids in our party. The food and atmosphere were good as always, but it was the service that truly stood out. The BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad was tasty! Nice little selection of beers from Ohio-based breweries, I got a flight for $10! The rest of our table ordered the steak salad and a few different burgers and they were all pleased. Good service as well. I would say the menu might be on the shorter side, but it seems like what they do they do well— which is all that matters to me.
