The coffee is really good, it almost compensates for the rest. The area where coffee is prepared was not organized and clean (not like garbage / dirty). It seems like they might need more people to be able to do it all. The person working there does not have the time to service customers and keep everything organized. The male with long hair that works at this cafe is very rude and unfriendly. He turned up the music to an unbearable level and I requested for the music to just be turned down a tiny bit while I enjoyed my coffee. He look at me with a mean face and said no. I said please just a tiny bit it’s hurting my ears. He said no. I will not be returning to a place that’s this unfriendly and inconsiderate Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve always walked by this place and thought it looked super cute and would have great coffee so I finally tried it. Came on a Saturday morning and there was only one person working there- I felt really bad for her because there was constantly a line and she was running around. Paid $10 for a latte and monkey bread- latte was lukewarm, no lat the art, and the monkey bread was kind of stale. There was no music playing which I thought was really awkward. Dirty dishes were piling up on the counter. Place had so much potential- don’t recommend if you’re looking for a quality coffee shop with good vibes as it appears Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Super cool space. Always good vibes, good music, couch and counter spaces to chill and get work done. Plus they have a great selection of goods. I grabbed some ranger station. (They also have deus, welly, upstate stock products) oh and the lattes are phenomenal.

Super cute coffee shop! The decor is very different than the other coffee shops in Hoboken which I really liked. I got the pumpkin latte (it was okay). They also sell pastries, apparel and coffee accessories. I sat by the window and worked on my laptop for a bit. Super chill spot. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

Cool hip coffee shop with chill Williamsburg vibes , good coffee and pastry to snack on. Loved that they got vintage Motorcycle staying inside the store - big fan. They also got outside seating area .land inside couches. Prices are normal and staff guys are cool. Highly recommend

We were attracted by the decor of The Roost Outpost and it looks really artsy & cozy. They sell not only coffee & pastries but also clothing & some cool stuff. We would like to purchase a bag of coffee bean which they used in store, so we asked the staff for help. However, the staff didn’t focus on her work since she was playing with her pet (or might be a customer’s). We ended up buying nothing since the conversation with the staff wasn't pleasant and we felt disrespectful. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

This place has great coffee and wonderful staff! I think it would be really beneficial for both your staff and customers to have more than one person behind the register/machine.
