Service and food fell well below the Banyan Tree reputation. We waited 30 mins for water, was rotated between 5 different servers and our Tomahawk was not cooked at the requested temperature. While the executive chef fawned over a table of friends, he had no idea that other guest had compromising experiences. We spent $400 for dinner (and that is without dessert). I urge you to stay away. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100–200

Excelente place, excelent food. Service at first little show, after we told them it was perfect and very persinalized. Highly recommended.

Tolle Atmosphäre! Der Grill auf welchem unser Thomahawk Steak zubereitet wurde, ist draussen und bietet einen tollen Ausblick. Das Essen war köstlich! Kleiner Tipp: Das Fleisch wird so angerichtet wie gewünscht. Bei uns Medium-Rare, danach sollte man das Fleisch allerdings von der heissen Platte nehmen, damit es nicht mehr nachzieht. Die Kellner sind wie im ganzen Resort super freundlich und aufgestellt. Ein Besuch hier lohnt sich zu 100%. Würde aufjedenfall wiederkommen!

Fizemos uma reserva para jantar no restaurante, mas a portaria do hotel depois de quase 30 minutos de espera não liberou nossa entrada alegando que não conseguia contato com a recepção. Péssima experiência!

Recientemente estuvimos ahí. En un principio, el servicio estuvo un poco lento. En cuanto se los hicimos saber todo cambió. Atención excelente, comida espectacular. Nuestra mesera y la encargada de turno sobrepasaron los límites de atención. No había una bebida qué pedí y se apenaron al máximo y se esforzaron para compensarnos por el inconveniente. Incluso antes de partir de regreso a nuestras casas nos tenían obsequios por lo sucedido. Jamás me habían atendido tan bien. Les daría 10 estrellas si pudiera. Gracias por toda la atención.
