This was my first time here and what a gem of a find!! For a very reasonable price (relative to other tea rooms in the MA), you get plenty of treats and a big pot of tea! (They give refills of hot water too.)
Incredible. Also the staff and ambience were super cute!! Looking forward to coming back here again and again.

Went with my children (ages 15 and 9) as a treat for my daughter's birthday. The ambiance was beautiful - quirky and quaint, with lace tablecloths and mismatched china. We were seated promptly at 11am, but after that service was fairly slow. It took a while for the food to come out, and the server maybe checked on us once during our 1.5 hours there. The tea menu was impressively extensive, and the food was tasty, but it not outstandingly memorable, and the quantities were quite small for the price point. (My 15-year-old came home and made another lunch!) It took a looooong time to get our check. . . Felt almost invisible as the staff walked by and didn't make eye contact, and eventually we resorted to not-so-subtle cues like standing to put on our coats and putting the credit card on the table to signal that we were ready to go!
All in all, a enjoyable and cute experience. Go when you have a lot of leisure, expect more of a snack than a meal, and make sure to put the full two hours on your parking meter. :)

We opted for the delivered catering at home for a baby shower. Adel and her team were so easy and pleasant to work with! Food was delicious, custom service was impeccable and Donna nailed the set up helping make our vision come to light! It's really cute in here! I loved the different plates, cups, teapots, and everything on each table. Every one is unique and beautiful. Our server was so nice, a sweet girl with blond hair and green earrings - she was taking orders and delivering just about everything, so she was very busy!
We came for a double date with our friends and two of us got to try their new lunch menu which comes with the quiche of the day, two soup options, and then scones or cake, and tea of course! The quiches and soups looked really good and were said to taste good too. Maybe I'll try that option next time! The other two of us got the tower of sandwiches and goodies. Everything was delicious. Smoked salmon sandwiches were a table favorite.
The tea list was very surprising - lots of unique choices for every palate. We all got something different and everyone was very happy with their choices. I would recommend people to remove the pouch with your tea in it after a few minutes (unless you got an herbal tea) otherwise things can get bitter.

This place is so cute! I came here on a whim and will absolutely be coming back. The teas were delicious and the little sandwiches and sweets were so delightful! I felt like a princess eating here. The decorations were very charming, and our server was attentive and friendly. I can't wait to show this place to more of my friends. Parking was super easy as well.

I went here to celebrate my birthday with friends and was gravely disappointed. Our tea and food took almost a full hour to come out. We were checked on maybe once in the two hours we were there. The savory food options were quite small and it didn’t feel worth the price. There was no update from staff about the long wait or intention of trying to make the experience better for us. Would recommend going elsewhere.

Met some friends here and took our daughters out for high tea. The space and experience was truly so special! I had a pot of rooibos tea and the vegetarian pre fixe menu. Everything was delicious. One of the reasons we chose this tea room was for their children's menu. My daughter loved drinking her apple juice from her fancy tea cup and her own tea pot (they also had a hot tea or hot chocolate option for children) and the tiny cupcake with the purple frosting made her day. There was a lot of fine china and glass so a bit to manage (ie be nervous about) with a little one but again, so special and worth it. Very reasonably priced compared to other tea rooms.
The online reservation was easy to use and when I had to change our head count it was simple to email and I got a quick response back. One server managed the tea room today and was friendly and attentive. We told her we didn't mind a leisurely lunch and enjoyed almost 2 hours there.

I had a bridal shower here in September. It was exactly what we were looking for. All of the food was delicious, the tea and drinks also, and the servers were wonderful and attentive. Will definitely be coming back to really sit and enjoy the experience!

We held a baby shower at their Lexington location and it was wonderful. The location is beautiful and the staff is amazing - So friendly and accommodating. I planned the event from across the country and Adel, the owner, made it easy a d deamless. Everything turned out perfectly. Highly, highly recommend.
This was my first visit to the tea room and it definitely won’t be my last visit. Everything about this establishment was excellent including the decor, china, food, tea and especially our server, Zoe! Quite a find!!
