I love Washburn their prices are reasonable; especially compared to their competitors across the street. Their coffee is so good and their homemade baked treats are the best. If you’re coming for some peace and quiet you’ll need to hit them at the right time though they are usually busy and loud. They are very “family friendly” which means screaming toddlers some times. Service and atmosphere are amazing. Avocado toast could use a bit more pizzazz though. It’s a dry piece of bread with half an avocado and some sprinkle. Some greens, avocado oil and a lemon slice would really up it a level. House made almond milk latte was lovely. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The coffee is great, the food is fantastic (chicken sandwich is my favorite), plenty of tables, cozy couch and reading chairs, big front windows let in lots of light. Only one thing that prevents me from coming here everyday: poor ventilation. The smokiness from the kitchen fills up the space and makes it hard to breathe. Otherwise I'd give it 5 stars.
