Though there was a bit of a wait. My party of 6 enjoyed everything they ordered. I got the bacon, chicken, and roasted red pepper savory crepe. The Happy Quencher was very good, too. The Ballstonian was enjoyed by my sister. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wonderful little dining place! Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! I had the Apple Bacon Brie sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend to anyone who likes cheeses… it had 3 different types on it! The side was DISAPPOINTING. I expected some homemade chips or some fries… but NO. Got some BAKED LAYS. What?! Most of their menu looked great, and they have lots of tasty options. For a drink, I got the strawberry banana smoothie. It was very good, nothing special though. It resembled a chunk of ICE. The atmosphere was AMAZING. It was cozy, and felt like home sitting by the campfire. The service… not great. The waitress spilled a whole water glass on the floor and just scampered off like it was nothing. Super cute place to grab a bite to eat with a friend!!! Decent size sandwiches, crepes and salads with good prices. The mixed berry crepe had cream cheese filling and it was the most delicious. Love the fresh ingredients. They have a huge tea and drink menu too. It’s a good stop for brunch or lunch if not looking for a huge meal. The waiters are also so incredibly nice. I used to live here years ago and always loved the food and the tomato, roasted red pepper with gouda soup is the best I have ever had. We came to visit and I knew we had to stop in. The atmosphere is adorable and cozy. All the teas are delicious and service is outstanding. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you are treated with such kindness. Went with a few other co-workers for a lunch meeting today. Excellent service, nice space to meet or relax. They have tables, booths, seating both inside and outside. An easy walk from anywhere is downtown Schenectady. You can get just a tea, a sandwich, or an entire meal. They have fun breakfast and lunch tea as well. Our waitress was pleasant and friendly and she did a great job of reading the room on when to pop in or come back later. Definitely recommend for breakfast, lunch or even an early dinner! I have no idea why this was so good!?? It was just the basic salad sandwich and scone!! If your in between going.. just go. it’s so good! The Honey&Ginger dressing for the salad was my favorite along with the herb scone 😊 ((also do not get an iced tea if you love sugary teas. The food was excellent; our server Bryan was terrific. The music was a bit loud for conversation, though. The acoustics aren't great because of all the glass and the high tin ceilings, but it was tolerable. Like I said, though=excellent food and great service-Bryan gets a shout out! A great find on Jay Street! Looking for something to eat before a recent trip to the theater, my wife and I walked in when we saw the tea kettle out front. With a combo of inside and outdoor seating, we were met promptly and with a smile. Our waitress Cayla took the time to explain the menu as it was our first visit ... we took her suggestions and enjoyed a great lunch. Plus, mimosas flight ?!? Delicious, fresh sandwich, the roasted red pepper soup was super, and the lemon drop scone might be the best we have ever had! Stop in, you won't be disappointed!
