Popped in here as staying in the residence and lazy to go anywhere else.
Curious rooftop bar on level 6 of the hotel block.
Tuesday it was empty, but still a warm welcome and excellent service.
Admittedly the crispy chicken burger was not the best choice off the menu, other dishes are probably better.
Hotel prices, but a nice enough spot for a drink and bites looking out over the sea.

Environment was pretty with the birdcages and fake orchids, but the food was mediocre. Carbonara was way too creamy and cloy. Kuey teow just tasted sweet. In fact, I almost ate a small piece of silver wire from the kuey teow. Staff were apologetic and gave 10% off the meal but there was still an unpleasant aftertaste. We were the only table in the restaurant when we arrived but still waited more than half an hour for the food to arrive. The last dish, the sotong, tasted the best but took an hour to arrive. Ordering is self-service via QR code and the plates and utensils were also distributed by ourselves. Hopefully the food and service can improve, if not, don’t go THERE for now.

Great food with fantastic ambience. This can be considered as a seaside restaurant.
Location is good and adjacent to the SwissBell Hotel lobby.
Friendly staff with good attitude.
It is a multi cuisine restaurant with variety of dishes from local to continental.
Seating arrangement in outside directly faces the sea.

The environment is cozy and spacious, and the decoration is exquisite. The location is great, right next to the beach and easy to find parking. There are not many customers, but it takes a long time to served for the dishes. Some dishes are good and some are not. I expect better service in these price ranges.
This restaurant was opened with much fanfare during its early stage - I tried to walk-in before but was turned away because the soft opening stage was reserved for close friends, families and business associates only. The suspense followed until I went back to Kuantan once again and this time, I walked into a relatively empty restaurant.
Located in the less quieter Tanjung Lumpur area, which has undergone development recently.. the restaurant is spacious with floor-to-ceiling glass for that natural lighting plus sea view. All we wanted was just a quick lunch but it took longer than expected.
◾mushroom soup - a bit bland on its own but there's nothing some black peppers won't do to help.
◾Mac & cheese - when it was served, I thought that it was not tasty at all but somehow it was OK. Just I would rather see grated cheese rather than sliced cheese on top.
◾Cheesy cheese sandwich with scrambled egg - she loved the savoury melted cheese oozing out of the bread. And the scrambled egg was done just right.
◾Aglio olio pasta with duck bacon - for the price that I paid, they could do better.
◾Coffee - decent coffee by Boncafe but not oomph enough for me
Despite being the third table of the day, the food took a long time to be served from the time of ordering. Customer service was literally borderline unfriendly and we need to try hard to get their attention.
The food was okay, fast service since there aren’t many customers. Place very clean and cozy. Price is okay for hotel standard.
