This vegan spot is on a little plaza near the Central Market which has a few different restaurants. My partner and I stopped for lunch, and I was so delighted by all of the options! We got chickpeas, lentils, steamed veggies, a tomato salad, breadfruit, plantains, and a few things that I’m not even sure about what they were! We will definitely be back. So delightful!

Beautiful little spot and everything is plant based which was a bit of a treat for my wife and I. We both had the EC15 options which provided us with more than enough to eat. All the flavours were amazing and the owners were really friendly. Had a good chat with them whilst there. Really close to the central market and cruise port if you fancy a change. Definitely the best food we have had during our 2 weeks in the Caribbean.

What a gem located in Castries near the window market. It's right next to the street bars. Lady inside was super sweet and patient to show what they had for the day. you have an option of a 12EC plate or 15EC for double protein. I got the 15ec plate and it fed 2 of us!! It was delicious! Must visit, definitely will come back for more.

I love everything about this place!!!! The customer service, the food( very affordable and generous portions). I highly recommend this healthy and happy place!!!!
