This place is an absolute gem! From the coffee, to the pastries, to the fresh baked bread (yes, I tried a little of everything!), what more could you want? The folks working were friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with them. I appreciate their commitment to serving and supporting other local businesses through the food they choose to serve. I also appreciate the commitment to make food from scratch with real ingredients. Will be stopping by anytime I'm in the area! We travel for this bread. Best bread I’ve found in Wisconsin. Everything is good - from the more basic seeded sourdough sandwich bread to the galettes and my fav, the eat-a-loaf-in-one-sitting roasted onion and cheddar sourdough. Check Thunderbird out! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
