The cookies are good but if your going to charge 21$ for some cookies when you ask if I want them heated up and I say yes they should be warm not like warm but like I said there tiff treats so of course they were good

Well I thought I had tasted all the cookies I ever needed to taste, but you will be missing a nice sweet soft warm delicious treat if you pass this place up. These are some well thought out cookies, the ingredients I mean. My family cooks and these cookies remind me of what comes out of the kitchen only on holidays or special occasions. We ordered snicker doodles which are 5 star alone, a few oatmeal raisin, chocolate chips with walnut, and lemon all above what I expected, Customer service was Exceptional the place was immaculate modern and just wrapped up the day just perfectly, then we went to get the kids and yes we saved them cookies. They saw the box and knew they had hit the jackpot after school.

Yesterday was my granddaughter birthday she waited on her develery was to arrive at 3 didn't get to her almost 430 no one called she missed her birthday dinner I did call to see what happened they put me on hold for 20 minutes never came back to the phone today I waited for them to call me just to apologize but that didn't happen We don't want anything for FREE but Aleast apologize to the Family it's called CUSTOMER Service ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Service Delivery Meal type Other Price per person $30–50 Recommended dishes Chocolate Chip Cookies

Nice, friendly, helpful staff who know what they’re doing! I would give this place only three stars except for them, because the cookies are really small for $1.70 each!

Cookie are very good the only issue is web site states you can send to up to 5 people in an order. Tried to place an order for two deliveries this is not the case. I called the store and they were not helpful stated you have to do separate orders so you can not use your coupons on hole order. Corporate said you can send up to 5 people. It didn't not work on web page or on the app.I was contacted by the company and was very pleased with the contacted the gentleman was very helpful and made every thing right and was sorry for the issues we had. I sure this was just a glitch and we will be ordering again from this company like I said there cookies and wonderful.

Their cookies are a cut above. Yes, they blow your daily budget for calories, but it's SO worth it. Fantastic cookies. We love 'em!

I love the cookies and brownies but the way the items are boxed need some work. All six of my cookies were placed all on the same row. They became all stuck together then the brownies I ordered were put on top of the cookies and smashed them more. Now I just have one big cookie😕. Really disappointed
