Menu broken. However, the drive-through attendant kindly suggested menu items. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant and an oreo iced cap. Sadly, my iced cap had no oreo! All in all, it was a decent trip. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Unfortunately, I went here today and I noticed the employe wearing one glove and touching the sandwiches with the other hand and not wearing gloves. The young workers who I have seen at the counter have always been friendly, but I am disappointed that they are not following basic food safety procedures here. compared to other franchises the prices here are also higher. Despite this, being my closes Tim Hortons, I will pass and frequent the Orchard Lake one.0 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Service was god awful the lady was absolutely rude although the drinks are good that was absolutely ridiculous. This is the second time I’ve been there in two days and every single time I’ve dealt with a worker they have been completely unprofessional and rude. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I have went to this location since I was a kid (i’ve grown up around here). It used to be great but recently it’s been downhill. The donuts have been close to burnt multiple times, specifically the honey dip (they weren’t like that before). The service is much slower than it used to be. They frequently hear the wrong thing when ordering & then the order is messed up. I clearly ordered an iced coffee today so i could get my $0.99 deal from the app & i found out after I paid that it didn’t work because she thought I said “hot coffee”. For about 5 minutes we had to go back & forth. I asked if I could get an iced coffee with no additional charge & she said yesss we can actually give money back. Then another lady came to the window & said no we can’t give your money back “you’re just gonna have to try again next time.” Then she offered to give me an extra donut & i said sure bc I didn’t want to cause extra stress. I got home and BOTH my donut’s we’re basically BURNT. I ended up throwing them both away. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The Indian kid with glasses is the best employee I’ve ever had an encounter with. He made my Tim Hortons experience fantastic and he provided me with the best customer service I’ve ever received. Props to him. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Bought fv cappuccino they are not a full cup I feel I have got ripped off. Between 1/2 cup & 3/4 cup full isn't right!!! Workers have an bad attitude.

Reposting...This time another worker swore at me..his name is "Mo"..I heard why he said and it was nasty and also gave me the wrong order. I am expecting a call from the cooperate office I received the worst service ever today and I am a regular customer...I "dared" to change one of the items while placing the order through the drive through, the female worker got anxiously annoyed, then I get to front window to pay, we get dirty looks, then she gives me the change, drops it in the floor, doesn't bother to apologize, closes the window, so I had to hunk the horn to get her attention to give me my change, she refused at first until the manager told her so..Then she closes the window again and waves her hand for me to go away..No customer service etiquette what so ever..Extremely rude... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
