The food was great! I really loved my stromboli. The atmosphere was good. I put a 3 for the service but I have mixed feelings about it. You kind of have to fumble into the back after you enter the restaurant and eventually see a sign that says seat yourself. I can't say the service was bad necessarily. I mean the waitress wasn't terrible but also wasn't super attentive. It just didn't feel very welcoming or friendly in there. I'd probably go back to give it another shot for the food though. A lifetime Puebloan and I have only visited this establishment a few times. Why? Cause every single time I’ve been here I’ve had negative experiences. I never left a review cause that’s not something I do. This visit, we walked in to find 20+ tables empty (on a busy night). Every single one of them was dirty. We walked the entire establishment looking for a place to sit and finally found the cleanest dirtiest table. Not one employee acknowledged us despite walking past several. It’s obvious every single employee is unhappy and lacks basic customer service. I doubt they care but I finally throw in the towel. Way too many people are supporting this mediocre and horrible establishment. Let’s do better for Pueblo. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had the Malto Caldo pizza, 1/2 order of garlic bread and the garlic knots. Pretty solid, but none of the food stood out to me. I'd give it 3.5 stars, but I don't feel it deserves 4 stars. The pizza is a thin crust loaded with toppings (I thought it was a medium crust pizza when looking at other peoples' pictures), so if that's your thing you might really enjoy this place. Ok so we came here because it was recommended as a must-go. It is a huge area with lots of seating. We came on a Friday afternoon so everything was pretty empty but it got busier by the time we were done. The girls serving us were a little slow but nice. We got the house margarita, fried pickles and the Via Bianco with pepperoni. Overall, we were not super impressed by the place. The pizza was decent and the fried pickles were actually better than the pizza. The margarita was (and I cannot believe I'm saying this) too tequila-dominant. I've had strong margaritas but the beauty of a cocktail is that it is smooth and tarty-sweet with a background of the liquor. You get a buzz without actually dealing with the liquor taste. Well, at this place, the tequila was at the forefront! I can see that this is a good hangout for Puebloans but I don't think we will be back. The food was excellent. Great atmosphere, very loud though. I don't recommend this place for dine in if you have sensory issues. The food was fresh and packed with flavor. Large portions too, lol. I needed two hands to carry the antipasto!

We came for the arcade. There was a couple of machines that took our money/points but they came and helped quickly. Big open space not as many games as I thought would be. But allot of fun. There's space for birthdays too!!! Atmosphere: 5

I thought the food was good but a little on the pricey side. What left a bad taste was the service, felt like we were a bother! Never smiled and lacked in friendliness. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Horrible service! Order multiple drinks and food never seen food.. Request our drinks tab so we could leave(2 drinks) charged for multiple drinks (6) even tho we never ordered them. Sever requested owner to validate and gave thumbs up. Family friendly NO! Advertise as local spot NO! Looks nice but need new staff… Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
