The owners, David and Sue, are incredibly hospitable, warm, and kind people who truly care about their customers' dining experience. The sashimi and sushi are incredibly fresh, and they offer a wide range of options, from the classic rolls to their signature dishes like the Riley Roll and Spider Roll. The seared king salmon is a must-try, as it literally melts in your mouth! The Chicken Katsu is also a favorite and is perfectly crunchy. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is modern and cozy. They have a great selection of sake and are expecting to import some great Japanese craft beer soon.
