Hi, the phone is not working hence am sending this review. Yesterday 27/12/23 we were traveling from KZN to Limpopo. We put petrol at this garage few moments later our car died completely, we sat there on R33 for hours and kids in the car, putting our lives in danger. Long story short this morning we took the car to get it checked at Toyota dealer, we were told they put conatimated petrol in the car. Am taking this to your head office you will have to refund us all the cost we incurred because of this, and we had to cancel our trip and our holidays are ruined

Was charged twice for petrol, because the machine supposedly said transaction declined, even though I showed the assistant that it went through. Now, two transactions have cleared on my account yet they don't seem to care to answer their phone, that's if it is working to begin with. Absolutely horrendous customer service

Since they do not answer phones, I will put a review here. I had to fill up with diesel there 3 weeks ago. 20km out of town my car went into limp mode. Turns out to be contaminated diesel. R3000 in repairs up to now.

Staff supervisor is absolutely useless. Refuse to assist me with my TUYU account. Never had any problems at any other Total.

Toilets horrible, disgusting experience !!! I measure a restaurant or gas station by their restrooms (toilets) 0 out of 10! I see the other bad reviews regarding the restrooms going way back, guys. It will never change!! I will just get a reply from the owner to send an email to the customer care!!

Waited over half an hour for cold food at Steers. Set us back a total of almost an hour on a 670km drive. The place itself seems nice, but getting food can be a mission. Hopefully it's better on weekdays, but I wasn't very impressed.

I felt dirty when I walked out of this place. Absolutely DISGUSTING toilets. Ladies toilets don’t even have a toilet seat. The basin is clogged and filled with water so you can’t wash your hands.

Steers services are good but their bathroom is absolutely shocking. What is the point for a quick stop on your trip if you can't even use the bathroom.

I chose this petrol station purely on looks - good job! I found reasonably priced firewood, friendly staff and modern facilities at this Total. Will definitely choose this Total again when visiting Carolina in the future.
