My husband and I were visiting friends, who recommended we try lunch at Tower Cafe. Wow! Chef Hosch makes fresh, healthy, and DELICIOUS food for a reasonable price. We had homemade broccoli cheddar soup that was truly the best I've ever had. That was followed by a quesadilla that had something magic going on. Chef Hosch wouldn't give out his secret for the special black bean salsa that was in the quesadilla (who can blame him?), but I know there was spinach, red peppers, corn, onions, and a wonderful combination of spices in it. We will definitely go back.
