Sandwich had mold on the bread. The manager refunded my money and I was taken care of. Note to the staff: please pay closer attention to your product and quality, I may not have an allergic reaction but it could seriously harm someone with a different immune system. Will not be returning to this location.

We love this place. Owners live in our sub- but besides that the food is great, portions are fantastic. Glad they are opening a west side location. Now we have a Panera bread alternative.

I ordered the sunshine smoothie with white chocolate and strawberries. This smoothie straight up has whey In it and I know because I am a general manager at a tropical smoothie. This is a milk based protein and is an allergy to a lot of people including me. You really need to watch what you put in your smoothies.

DIRTY… the staff, the facility. Employees had on shirts that had not been laundered in days. Old stains and drips and one guy making sandwiches had his dirty shorts below his rear end with his underwear showing. The equipment looked like it had not been cleaned in days. Never never never. Going back to Playa Bowls no matter how far the drive!!

The lady working at this location didn't care who was walking on. Her attitude was not welcoming, never bothered to verify if the order was right or wrong. I just wanted to get the drink and walk away from here!

My favorite place to get a smoothie! Love the pomegranate plunge! You can get so many cool flavors and some have chocolate. You can add protein also.

Very friendly and welcoming. My order was correct and super delicious. Prefer this location over the other Traverse City location, much better service and accuracy

They add sugar powder to their smoothies, so, the listed ingredients are not the full list. Glad I’m not a diabetic because it’s pretty misleading. They will leave out the sugar powder and use honey upon request. The food is pretty basic. But, their employees are super nice and helpful!

Usually good but the last couple times I have gone the wraps have been cold, not sure if something is different now but it never has been like this up until recently
