Only ordered out from here but the Baja wrap is great, delicious, and succulent. The Jerk chicken wrap was spicy and decent blend on Caribbean flavors. This location is doing such a great job! The staff are always smiling and ready to help and the he overall cleanliness is impeccable. I frequently purchase smoothies and they are always made to perfection. Highly recommend for you to stop in and enjoy all they have to offer. This was our first visit here because of a T-Mobile special and were so impressed by their amazing customer service. In spite of that, they were so busy this particular evening that we were still greeted with a big smile and were helped right away. The smoothies and wraps were delicious, but we will definitely be back for the great staff. One young man stood out, I wish I had gotten his name, but businesses should have more people like him! 5 stars all the way! Great job!

We have avoided this location for a long time cause they can't seem to get things right and so we gave them another chance and nope same bad service.. Ordered kids quesadilla added chicken and paid extra for it... No chicken. Same thing as in the past. Had 3 slaws on the order... Only got 2. And somehow we get chips we never ordered. Waste of money. Pearland location is amazing. This one obviously doesn't care about training employees correctly. This for sure is the last time I'm dealing with this tropocal smoothie. Also the cheese quesadilla tasted like cracker with barley any cheese and no guac in our baja wraps. Owners if you read this... If you are looking for something healthy food and smoothies, you must give Tropical Smoothie Cafe a try. The Smoothies are awesome and lot's of different choices. They also have tasty wraps, flatbread, breakfast, and they have Acai bowls so good. You are greeted when entering, so you feel welcome and the place is clean. The staff will offer suggestions is needed. This is my smoothie go to place always. First time eating here in months and I will definitely be back soon! I was having trouble deciding on what drink to get and one of the staff members very kindly suggested some of their most popular drinks right now. I ended up getting the Bahama mama smoothie with a buffalo chicken wrap and i was impressed with how quickly i received my meal. It was amazing too and I felt very welcomed. Definitely recommend!
