***Edit: The store reached out and credited the amount paid back to me. Thank you for the quick response to this mishap. Excellent customer service.*** I placed an order online that was not accurate. I ordered a mixed berry bowl, when I got back to work and checked my order, turns out I received a Chia Oatmeal Pudding bowl. That bowl includes banana. I am allergic to banana. I tried to call the store but no one answers the phone. The number goes to a generic voicemail box. There is no contact info other than a phone number that goes straight to voicemail. This is my first time going there. I wouldn't ever go there again. I went there this morning and was flabbergasted by the service. The employees look miserable and are not smiling or showing any interest in being there. Not only that, but they were very short staffed. They took a long time to make my smoothie, like how hard is it to make a smoothie. DONT GO THERE, WROST ESTABLISHMENT TO EVER EXIST. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is directed to tropical management. I talked to the workers on multiple occasions and I heard that the manager, Karen, was a terrible HR and wasn’t treating any of the incredible employees which provided a great service to me that day properly. so although I received great service I am putting a one star review due to the horrors I heard about the terrible HR team.
