Jenna is the BEST!! I frequently go to 3 different Tropical Smoothies nearby, depending on whether I'm coming from home, work, or my kids' school. But out of all 3 locations, I love the team at Hall Rd & Romeo Plank! Everyone there is cheerful & personable. That's likely because they have a great leader like, Noah, who's a total gem!! And Jenna is just a Rockstar! She's a hard worker, she always remembers me, and she makes my favorite Smoothie better than anyone! Whoever owns/runs this place, congratulations, because you've got a great staff and they stand out from the others. Thank you, from one happy customer!

My family has become very fond of Tropical Smoothie, but at this location they seem to have been having trouble blending my smoothies lately. Chunks of banana and ice that clog the straw. You don’t expect that from an $8 smoothie.
Please finish blending them…especially when I tip in advance. 🤦🏻♂️

Amazing, the workers are so kind and friendly. If you are ever not sure about a tropical smoothie place so go to this. Never disappointed and always just a nice kind, clean atmosphere.

Terrible experience. Placed my order at 7pm, place closes at 8pm. Schedule is on Google and at the main door. Waited 15 min at the door until someone with a terrible atitute says: there’s nothing I can do and I’m not able to refund you. I do not recommend this place to others and I will never place an order again.

Would not recommend coming here I usually come to this location but not anymore they don’t know how to apply discounts when I showed them how much my order was and how much It should have been from online they charged me extra I told them about it and they said “I don’t know” all kids are working here I don’t recommend. Charging me extra and telling me there’s nothing you can do is crazy.

This Tropical Smoothie Cafe is located in a small strip mall on Hall Road west of Romeo Plank in Macomb Township, Michigan. It is very small with a narrow front near Jimmy John's. I like Tropical Smoothie and this time got the detox Smoothie. Usually, I get the triple berry oat flavor smoothie.
