I love the food & smoothies , BUT the smoothies cost 30% more than other smoothies in town so.... well... don't go unless you have a Coupon, or if you don't mind spending $9 on a smoothie. Service Take out Price per person $1–10

Stopped by my new local Tropical Smoothie Cafe to check it out. VERY STOKED. My Chicken Pesto wrap was made so well — amazing cheese content, super fresh, great temperature. And the Avocolada smoothie I always order was delicious. Much much better than the last avocolada I had at the other Sandy location near the canyon. Great work guys!

My boy Tyler has never let me down on picking what I have. Every option I’ve tried is amazing and TYLER DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE. Overall the experience is nice 10/10 would come again.

I waited over 20 mins for 1 smoothie and ended up driving away because how awful the staff was. They gave snappy responses when I asked if they could sub strawberry for the peanut butter. Then when I got to the window all the employees were standing together gossiping while the drive through window was open how they don't care and will make them wait and started laughing/joking how long they would make everyone wait. I've been to this specific location a couple times and the staff is usually a bit snappy and display attitude, but nothing like this. Seems like there is a lack of management and they just do whatever they wanted. Plus I saw a girl scratching her head and then didn't wash her hands and put some remaining meat back into the make table afterwards. At that point I drove off. I love tropical smoothie but will be going to the other location in sandy that has amazing staff and never had an issue in the years I've been going to that one. ps- It was so bad that when I got home I logged onto my computer just to post a review because that was the worst experience I've ever encountered at any place, ever.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! After being rude to me because she didn’t hear me say no lettuce she then rolled her eyes and gave me attitude. Not happy and lost my business for ever!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very nice service. It was my first visit and I got a promotional free item from a third party. The staff was sweet and courteous, it's a nice new place, and food was great!

I’m laughing at the 1 star reviews so far. The business is very clearly not open, google doesn’t say it’s open, and it’s not fair to give them a 1 star review based on your own stupidity. Can’t wait for the location to open in a few months! Topical smoothie is the best! Food: 5 Service: 3

Was in drive thru for 20 min waiting for one smoothie. Was only behind one car that also got one smoothie. Was like 2pm so I don’t think they were extremely busy. Don’t know why they took so long.

LOVE this place! Staff was super friendly, it’s so cute and welcoming inside, and the food was amazing. I got the sunrise sunset with the chipotle chicken club and loved it!
