Come here for some rest after a long walk around American Airpower Museum. This bar serves perfectly cooked chicken wraps which are hard to forget. Come here and have delicious green smoothies or great coffee. Food delivery is an important advantage of Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The success of this place wouldn't be possible without the pleasant staff. Professional service is something visitors like here. This spot scored 4.2 in the Google rating system.

Came into the establishment and noticed it was clean and not busy at the time. There were 4 employees at the time, but not one person greeted me. Someone did offer me the menu to view. I ordered the acai berry boost for $8.99 and the baja chicken wrap for $10.89. A side comes with it, so I decided to try the kale & apple slaw. The smoothie was nice, the wrap was not bad, and the side dish was ok.

Every time I come here the environment is dead and no one ever greets me. None of the employees are friendly and always are mean mugging. I only come here when I have too. The smoothies are a hit or miss most times and I all around feel as if the entire store could use a lot of training. Ameerah is the last sourpuss face to help me. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Its the staff eating in view of the guests.. Like where they make the smoothies..i hope she washed her hands before serving someone. As someone who works in hospitality the staff should be eating in the back out of sight. So unsanitary

Every time I come to this tropical smoothie it’s a problem. I order online for curbside and I still have to come in because no one answers the phone when I call. When I go inside no one is doing anything and they have no customers in the store. It’s ridiculous at this point. Today I ordered a detox island green and I took out all the fruits why is it sweet ? I don’t understand.

This location always has great good and great service. I believe the food and smoothies are relatively healthier than most of the other food in the area. I highly recommend this restaurant

I’m here waiting for last 15-20 minutes, only 3 ppl working. All of them are not well trained. Whole line is waiting so slow. I come here almost everyday I asked her to give me a side of sauce, she charged me extra. Feels so unorganized and not very clean. Still waiting. Girls helping are so untrained n I’m disappointed. So unhappy looking at the chaos…

Customer service has 0 communication. The Oder taker seen unbothered! Let her co worker hand my order to someone else knowing it was my order! As if the co worker had exactly to know to whom handle the food. Just starring.

Been ordering smoothies and food from here for a while now for pick up and never had issues. The staff always had my order ready before or on time for pick up. Food is good and the smoothies are great. Typically staff are very helpful. May not be the friendliest but they always get the food and smoothies out.
