Decided to go try their bowl at this location in Olive branch! I ordered ahead and when I got there they told me they didn’t have some of the ingredients to my son’s smoothie and the bowl was wrong! I accepted I had to change the smoothie, but when the bowl was wrong that kind of took me! The white girl was so wrong about the situation by saying she didn’t want to deal with me and for Her manager to come help me! I guess that was ok for her to say because I was a black person! So at that point I got very upset and just told the manager to send my money back immediately! Will never go back and don’t advise no one to go to this location! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

For the last 3 times I have ordered the Acai smoothie bowl and it has been half full and I didn't get the extra toppings I paid for. The Buffalo Chicken Wrap was cold and very soggy. I will honestly never patron this place again. To spend 30$ and watch the little kids working the counter be completely rude is ridiculous to me. Get some adults in here. I placed an order online for pickup during business hours. When I get here the store isn’t open. The order was place and money has paid. Please don’t allow your customers to place orders if you’re going to be close at 5:30.

Stopped here today and was pleased. I tried the Caribbean jerk chicken salad. Had a good spice level so be aware of that. My husband got the chocolate peanut butter banana shake. That was also good. Prices are great in my opinion, I liked the recyclable bowls, and we will definitely be back.

🤔 I wonder if they are actually putting what you order in those smoothies. I ordered a smoothie bowl for the first time and they missed everything. I'm in town from Dallas for my cousin's wedding and needed some "fuel". Surprisingly, there's A LOT in Olive Branch to eat!!! 😱 Anyhoo, this was my first time ever coming to Tropical Cafe and customer service was great! I ordered the: ☆PEANUT BUTTER BANANA CRUNCH FLATBREAD ~ 3-stars peanut butter, banana, granola & honey ••• • This being skillet-fried with a lil' butter is the missing piece! Other than that it was pretty good for the most part. ☆DETOX ISLAND GREEN® ~ 4-stars spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, banana & fresh ginger (naturally sweetened) ••• • It's naturally sweetened alright!! 🥴😵‍💫😂 But, this is one of the most nutritionally beneficial smoothies out there! Although it's not satisfyingly sweet it's still refreshing! 💪🏽🌱🥬🍍🍌 Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20
