I order from here often online through doordash I've never been asked for a confirmation number however today when I arrive to pick up my smoothie there was a guy in front of me who had to pick up order as well the cashier gave him his order with no problem. But when I asked for my order the cashier stated "do you have a confirmation number I have to ask because people try try things" I found that very rude and disrespectful! I did speak with the manager on duty she was very nice and understood. Their smoothies are consistently amazing! My favorite is the Bahma Mama and add blueberry. If you don't like blueberries I still recommend the Bahma Mama it tastes like strawberry starburst.
