These pass 3 week been in the one in Columbus ga on whittlesly at least 5 times....1 time yesterday and each time my acai bowl was wrong smh. This one is missing granola and honey...They cost to much to be messing up. Just tried to call and no answer need a discount or a freebie on my next bowl . Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Best smoothie around. The manager is super nice. I love this place. ⬆️⬆️ that was my review 2 yrs ago. For the most part, it has been the same until today. When I ordered my food, I did not order hair, but that's exactly what I got. As much hair as it was, I don't know how she didn't see it. It used to be a great place, but has really declined recently. My last 2 food orders have been prepared incorrectly and the overall quality of the food items has seemed decrease while the cost has increased. My hope is that management will take notice of all the negative feedback provided by customers and make genuine efforts to improve quality and customer experience.

Whoever is on staff today did a fantastic job with our smoothies and wraps!!! Unfortunately this location is a hit or miss but today, everything was a HIT! From the guy at the counter to the staff in the back making the food did a wonderful job. Friendly, prompt and delicious service today! Ordered: Two Bahama Mamas, Supergreen Caesar and Hummus wraps.

This morning at 7:28am I ordered a smoothie and breakfast wrap through the app. The app confirmed my order and told me to pick up from the store at 7:38am. After dropping off my daughter at school, I went to this tropical smoothie location to find that they was CLOSED!! So that means I didn’t get what I ordered and I have called several times to get my money back and NO ONE is answering the phone and the mailbox is full. 😤

This place use to be great but now no one is ever there in the mornings. They are suppose to open at 0700 and sometimes when we come at 0815-0830 the store is still closed. I was a customer since the new location opened. The food was great. But lately the food and service is not at its best. I purchased my meal online and I went there to pick up. My order was not ready so I waited almost 20 minutes! On top of customer service being bad. My order was overcooked/burnt! Unfortunately Tropical Smoothie Cafe has turned me and my family off and they have lost some loyal customers.
