Stopped by here for a late lunch/ early dinner during our visit to Volcano park. We had so many dietary restrictions and the cashier was so patient in listening to what we could actually eat and making it the way we wanted. I'm not sure if he owns the place, but kudos to Cole for the service that was over and beyond!! We really appreciate you! We got the Thai red curry Chicken with medium spice level and it tasted really good. It was $15 and the portion size was big. Totally worth it. We also got the summer roll. We couldn't eat any of the sauces they gave with it, so Cole was nice enough to substitute it with a sauce that was homemade. Great service by Cole and great food! A literal 12/10. Probably the best Thai food we’ve ever had!! And that’s saying a lot because we have Thai place back home that we love. However they blew it out of the park!! I got the pad Thai with shrimp no spice and my husband got pad Thai with chicken little spice. Disclaimer his little spice was still very spicy! Regardless he still said it’s the best pad Thai he has ever had! There wasn’t anywhere to sit to eat (food truck) but we just ate off the back of our car. We had the pineapple curry with vegetables, avocado curry with chicken, and fried ice cream. The curries were good, fried ice cream was very good. There isn't anywhere to sit - but we took our meals into volcano national park! They were still very hot when we got there!! It's a food truck on an old volcano road. So you will have to enjoy your food in your car. The chef seems to be Asian. The food tastes yummy and out of this world 😊 For a second I felt I was in Thailand and enjoying their food. We ordered pad see and red curry with chicken. Do visit this place if you are visiting the Volcano National Park. It's totally worth a stop. Had a lovely take out meal from the Tuk Tuk Thai food truck. Super nice people and fresh food. If you get the fresh spring rolls, add the avocado, almost a meal in itself! Pad Thai and basil stir fry were both tasty and large portions. They were careful to ask about vegetarian needs which is a nice touch. Quick and easy and tasty! We ordered the green curry and pad thai. The green curry was excellent and some of the best I've had. The egg plant was a brilliant touch to the curry. My wife enjoyed the pad thai. Very friendly staff! The food was out in about 15 minutes made fresh! This is very authentic and comes out VERY hot! Very very good food. They don’t have tables but you can eat in your car.
