Been coming to Pacific City for years and finally made it in to Twist upon recommendation. Well curated beer and wine selection, and excellent hard to find tap choices in a bright and chill spot away from the crowds at Pelican. Spontaneous fermentation selections, nice provisions and friendly owners, it’s a must if you like good beer and wine! Maybe it was the font of their sign, but Twist is far more hip than I assumed.

We come here every time we are in town. They have done a great job with their wines. The sparkling Syrah is by far our favorite. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Their collection of prepackaged, specialty goods is top-notch. The eclectic sense of humor is really awesome.

My husband and I have been looking forward to visiting Twist, but put it off for a while due to COVID. We found that they offer outdoor seating in a sunny spot that is mostly protected from the wind so we gave it a shot. The indoor area is large enough to hold several tables, 2 or 3 of them for large groups, and about 6 fitting groups of up to 4. It is bright and airy. I chose a wine flight of 4 wines for $10 and (as most places do) they also provided one more on the house. My husband picked out a beer on draft (Bouy Cream Ale). We both enjoyed our selections! I ended up ordering a glass of their 2020 Shy Chenin - Sparkling Syrah, while my husband had a glass of Bend Brewing Co’s Killer Stashe Pale Ale. We enjoyed it all so much that we brought a guest on our next trip and plan to return with more friends soon. You can order small plates if you want ranging in price from $8-$16.

Enjoyed sitting outside in the outdoor seating area (stools and wine barrel tables) on a fine sunny day. Hubby and I shared the wine flight, Boneyard Pilsner and the Roasted hazelnut & red pepper dip with chips. All we're really tasty, especially enjoyed conversing with vintner Chenin and hearing some of the history behind Twist Wines. Ended up buying a few bottles to go we enjoyed them so much.
We love Twist, Chenin and Sean are fantastic hosts and the Sangria is amazing! Twist has a great selection of beer and craft delicacies as well, I picked up some cheese curds and smoked paprika the other day and both are delicious! The vibe inside is cool and comfy. Then there is the outdoor patio, our favorite with our dogs on a sunny afternoon for a little sangria sippin.

Hidden gem in pacific city. Don’t let the name fool ya, they have a great to-go beer selection and you can usually find Pliny on tap throughout the year. Friendly owners, good atmosphere and delicious libations.

This is the best most comfortable and relaxing place for a cold beer I have ever been to. Thank you
If you're a beer geek, this winery is for you. The tap selection is top shelf, (quality, not quantity) and their fridge is proper. The wine is quite fine as well.
I love, love, love Twist. Twist is so special it's one of the reasons we moved to PC. Their wine is yummy, and be sure to get their Sangria. Superb! The staff and customers are well taken care of, and our dogs always seem to drag us there for outside seating to enjoy the summer sun. 10/10

A couple of rare beers available besides the wine, and Holy Hell! they are the best! Get the warm roasted marcona almonds too. Good people, always have a smile on their faces - even at times like this, and relaxing and fun atmosphere.
