Food is good. Limited seating. Service is good and staff are nice. The price however has increased which is why I give it 2 stars. $18 for a bowl with chicken and drink is a little too pricey. See 2-8-24 Update at bottom: (4.5 Stars) Excellent food I would have given 5 stars however the chicken was on the bland side. She uses high-grade all white meat. I just wish it had more flavor substance to it. Everything else does an excellent job of carrying the chicken, from the seemingly house made Ramen noodles to the flavor-packed curry sauce. Excellent fresh ingredients apparently at play here! 2024 UPDATE Loss a star. I alway base my ratings upon value. Value=[Quality/Cost]. Even though there was a small slip in quality from very little chicken inclusion, it still was very tasty. The issue came from the reduced quantity and increased cost. Amazing food! Lovely environment. The food was super savory and rich. Dumplings nice and crispy, flavorful. Definitely better than any other Ramen in the area or grand rapids! The brisket bao was the best I have ever had. That was flat-out amazing! Perfectly cooked brisket, perfectly balanced flavors of the sauces and pickles (which were done right, btw), perfectly fried bun. I can't wait to try the rest! For those want to try this restaurant, this is not a ramen shop, nor Japanese neither. More like Asian fusion noddle shop. They have pho stock, miso, shoyu soup, curry and others soup base. Also stir fry noddles, buns and wings. Menu is very diverse and they look good and taste good. Noodles bowl you pick your own ingredients. It can be pricey if you all more main ingredients like beef or mushrooms. Yes they charge like $3 for mushrooms. Their soup seems like they make their own and not premade somewhere or heavy on msg. You can actually drink. One of the reason it is more pricey then your typical Japanese restaurant. It is one of the best restaurant if not the best in this little town. Always worth the stop when we're in Battle Creek. Lots of vegetarian options. Great Ramen with broth choices. Favorite is the fat tofu veggie egg rolls.

It's real easy to drive by the restaurant if you're not looking for it. When I entered the restaurant, it didn't give me that "WOW" effect, however the steady stream of customers did! The menu is written nicely on the chalk board and you pick out what you want to eat and they make it for you. The food is delicious. Very seasoned. We ate at the restaurant and my portion was enough for two people. Noodles inside the shrimp egg roll was unexpected. However, it worked! The restaurant is moving to a larger location in April 2020. Stay tuned!

I love any restaurant where you build your own dish! The curry sauce was AMAZING. I ate every bite. I don't live in Battle Creek, but I will be lobbying to go to this restaurant every time I come visit my sister!
