The Mac and Cheese balls were delicious. The Salmon Burger and Bacon Cheeseburger were top notch. They were big and very flavorful. It was one of the best burgers that I’ve had in a very long time. The regular and sweet potato fries were very tasty. The outdoor seating area was plentiful and comfortable. The service was very good and attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back. It is easy to sit down and say the deficiencies of an eatery. They are by nature easy targets. The challenge is in finding the essence of an establishment and distinguishing the impressive aspects of its food. Uncle Chops Food Court has made that easy. Now mind you, the restaurant is still a neophyte at accommodating dinner in customers that are not interested in 40 degree outdoor eating. For a great portion of their seating is designed for outdoor enjoyment. However, their staff was friendly and tried their best to make our visit enjoyable. For our appetizers we had the PB&J pork belly and hot jelly, with sweet potato fries. The PB&J was simply excellent. Nicely cooked and seasoned in combination with the spicy jelly and pickled veggies was simply marvelous. The sweet potato fries were crispy and not over seasoned. Main course was the To The Point Burger. As it's name implies it was right to the point in flavor and structure. The buns were simply delicious and added to the overall flavor of the burger. My only concern was with the patty which seemed like the ground beef was over processed, it had a pasty texture but it was not a detractor of the dish in flavor and overall taste. In all this was a very pleasant experience which stepped up the food court experience many notches. Well done. This place is Absolutely fantastic a must visit 👏 🙌 😀. Everyone was so polite and very attentive. Food was ufff out of this world much Respect to the chef. Gotta try the Brussels sprouts drinks have a great happy hour price and are delicious. Will definitely come back again. Bring everyone will not be disappointed. First time here after it was highly recommended and it lived up to the hype!! The To The Point Burger was so flavorful and cooked to perfection!👌🏼 The sweet potato fries were a 10/10 as well. I’m a Valley girl by heart, but I miss ATX and this place reminds me of home. You can see all the craft beers. Amazing food. 👌🏻 Registered Dietitian approved! 😆 The salmon was seasoned and cooked well. Fried Brussels is always a go-to when I eat out, and this plate had a good spring mix with ‘em. Oh my lawwwwd, this place has the best onion rings! And they’re only $6! My husband got the boss hog burger and it was so delicious as well and came with some nice crispy red potatoes, $17. The Baja taco was not as great as the rest of the food but it was still good. $6. Completely worth it! And the staff were very sweet!

Had the fun guy burger. It was great and super filling. Potatoes were alright, but I think I'd prefer just good fries. Don't know why, but the Coke was great! They have the mixtures set just right. Service was really good. There were three servers, and each stopped by the table several times to assist. It wasn't like most restaurants where you are assigned one server. Great idea. This place is unbelievable!! Literally every single thing all of us ordered was amazing and even our 6 year old ate every bite! We are from Austin and my son and I are vegetarian, but my husband isn’t. It is always hard to find places with options that are DELICIOUS for both of us and this places nailed it! We came two nights in a row during our trip to visit family in Harlingen and will be driving out to this place every single visit from here on out. One night, we asked for a grilled cheese for our 6 year old (not on the menu, but they made it happen and it was incredible)!! Then we got a dessert and my Uncle asked for coffee, and the owner brews a pot just for him! There was karaoke and a DJ, then the next night live music! We were running late after a night of shopping and called to see if we were too late and they even kept the kitchen open for ten extra minutes just so we could enjoy their food one more time.
