The lounge is nice and calm. I went early in the morning. The breakfast option was excellent, and there was a good variety of food. The breakfast is buffet style. Have a water fountain. The coffee machine was 10 out of 10. You can get 12 different coffee-style drinks. The bar has free drink options. The bathroom is way more clean than the airport one. Recommend when you are traveling with United Airlines, wait at their lounge. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Just visited the new/newly updated United Club near gate A27. Spacious, well laid out, with several different areas and pretty neat looking bar. Good view to, down to the lower shipping area and out the window. The food and drink options are very similar to other United Clubs. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We got stuck in a three hour flight delay, so we decided to head up to the United Club in terminal A. The Club is very large, has a full bar, food, drinks, and lots of fancy seating to relax in. We sat comfortably, did some work, and charged our devices during the long wait. If you're a United Club member, this is a much nicer experience than waiting it out near the gate. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Quite a standard airport lounge. It was a bit too busy at the time we arrived, there was hardly any seating available, and the bar had only a single staff station who seemed completely overwhelmed at the time so I didn't bother getting any drink from there for a while till she got reinforced. The food was fine and charging outlet was almost everywhere. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Simple and basic lounge. Limited food options. Modern looking and plenty of seats for the travellers. Full bar serving drinks is a plus for the alcoholic. They don’t serve canned drinks nor bottled mineral water. Dispensers available. Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Clean, modern, full bar, food options weren’t vast but what they had available was delicious This lounge gets pretty busy so it’s very possible that one-time pass users will be turned away. This happened to me around 1:45PM on a Friday but after half an hour, capacity opened up and I was allowed to use a pass Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Visited on a fairly quiet weekend morning and the number of guests was sparse. Breakfast was good with breads, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt and oatmeal bar. Service staff were attentive and friendly. Scan your boarding pass to enter through the gates. I would note that unless you have Star Alliance gold or a business class ticket on United, entrance will be denied. This is not a priority pass location so no amex platinum will allow entry. It is a nice new airport lounge with automatic scanners to enter. The food is basic. We were there in the morning, so it was scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage or sausage patty or cereal, fruit, and yogurt. Overall, the lounge is new, quiet, and clean and staff is attentive. A good place to spend a couple of hours. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

It was my first time using this lounge and I was very happy with the experience overall. We had free day passes (perk of the United Credit Card) and I was able to use them to get in without a problem. We got there around 5:30am so the place was very empty. Nice quiet environment to relax before our flight. The lounge chairs were very comfy and they offered a wide variety of seating options. I enjoyed the food options they had for breakfast and took advantage of the “build your own ricotta toast” bar and the yogurt parfait bar. My husband had a porkroll, egg, and cheese sandwich and said it was good. We didn’t use the bar at all but it looked nice and offered some complimentary options. Bathrooms were clean. The staff members were all pleasant/helpful and frequently walked around to clean up plates and messes. Overall we were very happy with our experience and would go back 😊. Spacious, comfortable lounge with great ambience, excellent staff, neat workstations, plenty of electric outlets, good dinner menu with a couple of vegetarian options, huge bar, clean restrooms, and relaxing seats with a view (when there's still sunlight outside!) Perfect to spend some time before a flight. Price per person $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
