Terrible. The design was off from what I had shared, the cake tasted and looked nothing like the flavor I ordered. They used food color that was staining everything. The quality from the Naivasha branch is far from the Nairobi branches. Bad experience!

As always...the Valentine Cake House signature excellent customer service. The delivery was timely and on point. Located along Mbaria Kaniu Road opposite the Aga Khan University Hospital Naivasha.

It's also a leaning institute with well trained teachers it's the place to be if you want to study pastry and the taste of the cakes they cool it's just waooo
