Not coming back, not going to recommend it, i felt like i was staying in a motel, but the charge us like a Hotel (Inn). You call and call and never pick up the phone because there's only 1 person per shift to run al the facilities. The room was a two beds room wich was fine, but the only problem was that airconditioner the room had was like 10 years old. As soon we arrive to the rrom we turn it on and leave to get dinner, came back and the room was as hot like the airconditioning was off, went to complaing and the change us to anether room witch was the only good thing on the stay, since that everything was bad, poor adminiatration, bad facilities, nothing like the pictures, they have a restaurant wich is closed, so we have to go outside to eat, the breakfast that was included, just a couple of mini ham and chesse sandwich with coffe. The pool was fill with long hair every place. Like the filters were never change, on the Sunday, there was nobody at the reception, just closed the door and leave. It was to expensive. The shower had mold on it. Trust me, dont go there. Not worth it. Its to bad, because the have a minegold. But poor administration.
Nice place for dinner, the piña colada was not the greatest. And when food arrived so did the flies. It was uncomfortable eating chasing flies away but the food was delicious. My compliments to the chef 👩🍳 I had a stuffed grilled lobster 🦞 with shrimp 🍤
This makes me a little sad because I had great experiences here. But after my last visit I won't be coming back. The bad: dirty, dirty dirty. Bed spreads are nasty. Rooms are more like cheap dorms. Really, it's falling apart. |The good: Restaurant is pretty good and servers are nice. Joyuda is beautiful and food is excellent. ||Just stay elsewhere. I much rather stay at the Motel El Aquiario next door....8hrs for $20.
This was by far the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in, period.||My friend and I arrived on a very busy weekend in the area and unfortunately could not find any affordable accommodations. With the help of the GPS, we found Tony's. We called them from the car to make a booking and informed us that they only had one room left but as long as we were ok with not having cable internet they would offer us a discounted rate of 65USD per evening, we were fine with this. When we arrived the room miraculously went up to 75$ for the same room with no cable, we talked her down to the original 65$ and then went on to tell us that their wi-fi router was broken and there would also be no internet. This all should have been a sign.||||Once in the room, not only was there no cable but the entire TV was missing and there was duct tape placed sporadically. When we pulled back the tape there were nickel sized holes underneath, about 7 or 8 in total all over the wall. When I went to take a shower there was no cold water and I had to take a very hot shower. To add to this it disturbed the bees that were nesting in the electrical outlet and they came out were swarming around me while taking a shower. After I got out of the shower I went to brush my teeth and went for the 'cold' knob and no water came out, so i reached for the 'hot' knob and brown water came out. We decided to go to the desk at this point and ask for another room.||||The next room was not much better. When we entered the beds were not made and had duct tape on the mattress to cover up rips and the room smelled like it had been recently fumigated for bugs. To add to this, there was a dead bug found in one of the picture frames.||||By far the worst hotel, ever. Don't even think of staying here!
I got this through overtones then read the reviews ||I was horrified once I read them. I figured too late , lets see what happens ||Let's start||We put the address in the GPS.... Off by a lot. If you go, use the address provided ||We arrived the place was desolate thought the place was closed. There was someone,most likely the owner's wife.||She checked us in and showed us where our room was||The room was small but functional. The room was clean and tidy, hot and cold running water, working A/C and tv. The pool was clean.||Coffee, juice and small sandwich was provided each morning||We noticed however the restaurant was closed,not sure about that so off to dinner we went. We found an artsy cafe down the road called Cafe de Los artistas. The food and service were excellent.||The hotel served its purpose. It is not a five star hotel however, it's not the fleabag hotel portrayed ||If you're looking for a cheap getaway ... Try it ||
Right in the middle of Joyudas Main Street, where all famous restaurants are located. Cheap affordable prices, only your kids will enjoy the swimming pools, one of them with hot water which I spent time until late late night 🤗|It doesn’t have restaurant anymore, but it has parking lot with security. |Seems like the owner doesn’t invest a penny for more than twenty years ago. |Still the maid crew keep it clean and they do your room every day. |You can bring coolers and your own food which is A-plus in my book 👍
I stay in this hotel for one night only. The room was clean but outdated. Very small TV but a cold A/C. The treatment of the staff was friendly. Clean pool, the surroundings were outdated and low maintenance. Very limited breakfast.
If you just need a place to sleep it is ok. Rooms are clean. Besides the pool there are no other attractions. The restaurant was closed but there are many places for dinner in the area. We just found one bakery for breakfast.
My boyfriend and I had a terrible experience here. The room was filthy, as if no one had walked in it for weeks and the bed was very uncomfortable. The A/C was no good and the small room wouldn't get cooler. It is not worth $60 a night.
Please dont stop here NEVER!! This is the worse hotel ever!! Never comming back!!||The stairs were broken, and the try to fix it with paint to cover it!! Rooms filty and smalls.. Nasty||Keep it going, the pool is only a toxic clorox pool!!!!!!!!! Hate it hate it never ever commning baaaaaackkkk
