What a great spot! Can’t believe it took us this long to visit. The raspberry cheese pinwheel was amazing as was the little apple pie pastry.

Wow. This is a must. Absolutely delightful. Take note- I visited at 9:00am on a Thursday morning and she was almost completely sold out. What she had left was remarkable. The almond croissant was buttery flaky heaven with a hint of almond in the center. The Danishes were even better. Everything simply made and beautifully presented. This gem of a European treasure in downtown Billings should not be missed. Go early. Go often.

The energy in this little shop is warm and uplifting. Everyone goes from frowning about being in a long line, to smiling as the leave with wares in hand. Amazing pastries.

Best pastries in town! I love the true European style pastries with the lovely texture and wonderful flavor! Worth every penny! Go early because she sells out often by 11 am!

Wonderful pastries! But even greater service. Very kind and thoughtful. I went into the shop later in the morning. It was actually approaching lunchtime, so the selection was not what it would have been earlier that morning. And why would it be? Thankfully, she still had some danishes left, and they were wonderful. I will definitely be back!
