Our first time visiting this charming upscale restaurant located at The Palazzo.
The moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were captivated by the beautiful decor from the flowers on the ceiling and that gorgeous crystal chandelier to the luxurious furnishings and modern artwork on the walls.
The ambiance is simply stunning, elegant and breathtaking!
One of the best things about this beautiful place is definitely live music, which gives incredible vibes with guests and staff joining in on the dancing, the restaurant comes alive!
The food is AMAZING , so picture perfect and delicious too.
For starters we had : “Crispy Tuna”,
“Grilled Octopus” - we have tried it at so many different restaurants and we never liked it, because it was always chewy, but at Villa Azur we LOVED IT, A MUST HAVE!
For main course : “Spicy Rigatoni Alla Vodka” - it was a perfect blend of flavors, spices were not overwhelming at all , but still you can taste it in every bite.
Also we had: “ Half roasted chicken” - perfectly roasted chicken, not too dry, just perfect.
We had cocktails and delicious dessert 🧁,they are delightful and great for taking Instagram photos. A MUST HAVE!
The service was excellent. Very attentive and friendly staff. They were knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful with recommendations.
Special thanks to assistant manager Matthias and his incredible team making us feel so welcome and well taken care of.
Overall we had a 5 star experience and great time at Villa Azur . We highly recommend this fine dining restaurant!!!! We guarantee you it will be your perfect Vegas night when you visit this fabulous place!!!

Food and drinks were great. Waiters were attentive but not overbearing. We went a little late so it was loud with the DJ so if you want a more quiet ambiance then go before 9 PM. Overall we enjoyed dinner here

Really great time. Food is superb. With strongly suggestion, pasta made from the reggiano wheel. Chicken was also great. The atmosphere by a little crazy when people started dancing and waving their napkins. But not just added to the overall fun.

Beef Carpaccio
My wife and I were in for our 15th anniversary on a Saturday night. We did an early reservation at 6:30pm because we wanted a more cozy experience with smooth mood music rather than the DJ experience. This was exactly what we got.
Loved the ambiance, low light setting which accentuated the entire restaurant. From the entry you feel like you're entering into an exclusive club. My wife and I were dressed like it was our actual wedding day (white flowing gown for her, smart suit for me) and we did not feel overdressed as other diners brought their A-game dress wise as well.
Now, the service and the food! After sitting down, we were immediately offered sparkling water. Wife went for the NY steak and me the chicken because I was stuffed prior to meal and red wine and dessert were my target. This is where I whiffed as the steak my wife ordered was amazingly succulent. Definitely in her top 3 steak experience for sure! Graciously, she allowed me to mooch off her steak (no marks for why I married her and still going strong 15 years on 😆) and I concur it was fantastic steak. I like mine mid-rare while she goes for mid-well. Indeed, it was great steak which we paired with a good bottle of red! The chicken we packed to-go and had for next day breakfast.
The service was excellent. Our primary Server (Troy) was attentive throughout and always seemed to know just when to check in on how our night was going. Another server also checked in on us and the manager also came to check in and have a nice conversation too.
To round up the night, it was a nice touch for the manager to comp us an anniversary cake. Cake tasted as good as it looked, it was too large to finish in one sitting and I'll be sure to enjoy it in the coming days 😆...
Overall, a 5 star experience and glad we made the choice as every aspect of our evening turned out beautifully!

This restaurant is a welcome addition to the places I visit while in Las Vegas. The ambiance is extraordinary, and the lighting brings out the blue colors advertised in the name. The service is great, the food was tasty, and the drink menu is imaginative and innovative. While I did choose to go before it became too lively, it would be a safe assumption that the establishment would lose any of its charm.

Watermelon Salad
Eye candy decor. Great ambience. Decent DJ. We ate family style. The steak was perfect as was everything else though I didn’t care much for the watermelon salad. I had five mezcal with cucumber cocktails. Awesome cocktails! Service was good. Our main server was really nice! Do know that this place is like a club so it’s very loud. If this is what you’re looking for you’re sure to have fun.
Truly a phenomenal experience with unbelievable flavors! My husband and I tried Villa Azur during Restaurant Week 2023 and went with their special menu for the occasion, allowing us to try many different dishes. My husband has visited Vegas 7 times and said this was the best meal he's ever had by far! Our server Danielle was amazing, very attentive and friendly, probably the best server I have ever had at any restaurant. The two of us had the watermelon salad, grilled octopus, lemon fettuccine, spaghetti, roasted half chicken, and the tiramisu. Every bite was a delight!! This is a must-visit restaurant!!!!

Nice atmosphere and really great service, the only weird thing is how incredibly salty pasta (sauce) and the salads (dressings) were. The staff were nice and attentive, but food is pretty bad.

We watched this place being built for over two years and we're glad it's finally opened. It was after dinner so we just had a couple of drinks at the bar. We really liked the atmosphere. We found the staff at the bar to be very attentive and the service was very good. The two drinks we had were Swan Song and After Dark. I usually avoid drinks with gin, but Swan Song was refreshing and delicious! It's for sure one of the best drinks I have had. Based on the bar experience alone, this place reminded me of the Legacy Club and Delilah, except this place is newer and fresher. We would definitely go back and try the dining experience next.

The attention to detail in the decor is evident, with luxurious furnishings, intricate patterns, and cool artwork adorning the walls.
One of the highlights of Villa Azur was the live music. Talented musicians graced the stage, providing the perfect backdrop to our dining experience. The soothing melodies created a delightful and relaxing ambiance, enhancing the overall enjoyment of the evening.
The cocktails at Villa Azur are as delightful as they are visually appealing. Ours were served in charming bird-shaped glasses, each cocktail was a work of art.
The service was nothing short of attentive and lovely. The staff members were dedicated to ensuring that we felt welcomed and well taken care of. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered recommendations based on our preferences. The warm and friendly nature of the service added an extra layer to the dining experience.
Speaking of the menu, the food at Villa Azur was fantastic. Drawing inspiration from the coastal regions of the Mediterranean, the dishes are crafted with fresh and high-quality ingredients. We ordered the Brie en Croute with fig jam, truffle honey and lavender, the Sumac watermelon salad with a feta/goat cheese mix, pistachio and mint.
We also ordered the Whole Branzino with a fennel apple salad. All excellent!
Overall, Villa Azur was a beautiful experience for us and I’m sure it will to exceed your expectations if you decide to visit.
