First time eating alone here in the US. Service and atmosphere was good. I was very comfortable. The restaurant wasn't that busy. The food was really delicious. Great sit down restaurant. I always get breakfast. Their pancakes are awesome along with their omelets. I recommend their Ultimate. Had a new item on latest visit "Ultimate Breakfast". Eggs, sausage, bacon, ham, pancakes and shredded potatoes. Heaven on two plates. Staff was great. Our Waitress was exceptional and food was ready quickly. I added ketchup and mustard to my liking. The pancakes were above average as always. Nicely topped with butter and good sweet syrup. Go here if you want comfort food and lots of it! Went for a family dinner, the staff was super nice and attentive. Disappointed that the bathrooms are not family friendly. It's hard finding places to enjoy with a little one. Review pending refund: Didn’t want to have to do this but when you find a long hair cooked into your eggs and a black eyelash cooked into your bacon then you’re going to lose your appetite. The waitress remade it almost immediately but I was afraid to eat anything there afterwards. When the waitress was I was done she asked if I wanted a box and I said no, that honestly I lost my appetite. She told me that the cashier would take off the meal but when I got to the register she refused. Said the best she could do was take off $3.00 and even that was a right. Never will I ever eat at this place again. Hair in my food, didn’t eat and still had to pay for it. Straight disgusting and bad business and no customer service. I had just got to town from an eleven hour drive. Called to pick up food from my hotel which was across the parking lot. I believe I spoke with Justin. Told him I wanted to place an order, was informed that they don’t take orders over the phone, no problem I’ll do it on line. Go to order online said not available so my husband walked over. They had just closed. I called at 752pm and they close at 8. I have no issues with hours of service, BUT WHY DIDNT HE JUST INFORM ME THEY WERE CLOSING INSTEAD OF WASTING MY TIME. I’ve been on the road for 17 days. Tired and hungry and this was not the experience I was expecting. I should have just went to Texas Roadhouse in the same parking lot as Village Inn. Sent the wrong pie from door dash, and the eggs Benedict were horrible, hardly any sauce, the ham was too thick and I couldn't cut through it. Very dussapointed. They gave us another pie, it was cherry and it was also bad. The cherries tasted like they were old from a can. Try another breakfast spot, this one was really bad. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ava was and always fantastic. My grandparents and their friends come here EVERY Wednesday morning for coffee. I haven't been here for 10 months, but she still knew my name. I was impressed. We always have enjoyed eating at a Village Inn on our travels! After moving to Colorado we found the one in Peublo ad had to go in for breakfast. The waitress was outstanding but that didn't help when the food came. It was not the worst but diffently not even moderate. The eggs and hash were burned. Don't think I'll be back again since they're other places for much better breakfast. The best place ever for pie and coffee! It is surprising to me how few places serve pie anymore - but Village Inn does. A pie is only as good as its crust and the crust on their pies is wonderfully flakey and flavorful - not cake-y and tasteless. Their apple pie is my favorite but I've had some of their others (French silk, lemon meringue, pecan) and they are all excellent. Service is always prompt and cheerful. Don't pass this by. . . Other menu items live up to the same standard - which is high!
