I just can't believe how many years I was missing this bakery !!! I finally decided to make a stop, and you guys won't believe how delicious all of their products are...!!! I'm definitely making this my favorite place to come and get Conchas, Orejas, empanadas, etc... 🥐🥖🫓🥨🍩🍪🍰🥧!! I really recommend this bakery to anyone in the area. I'll for sure become addicted to this...😂😋 Su amigo "El Machin"
My company ordered three cakes within the last 2 weeks, all of them were fantastic! Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Very bad service! Bad Quality and attitude. I use to place many orders for cakes at this place, but last year when it was my baby shower the lady said she could do the cake I wanted. The week of my baby shower she said she could not get the flowers and I asked her why she didn't tell me ahead of time? And the lady said "But now I'm telling you". So, I went and bought the flowers at Michaels. Then the day of my baby shower I was so busy and running around I forgot to pick up the cake. They did not care to remind me of the order or call before closing time at all. I picked up the cake the next day. Then I went again the second week of January to place an order for a cake because the bakery is so close to me. I had my picture of the cake I was ordering and when I went there was a girl and I said hi is the cake lady here? and she looked at me and shook her head. I looked her and said "so can I still place an order or do I come back when she is here"? She looked at the lady in the cashier and just gave me a look and grabbed the paper. She "said so what would you like?" and I said well I have an inspo picture and she said "what color do you want?" I said green and she was like so "how do you want the cake??. I proceeded to say that like the picture and stated that if there was something they could not do to tell me. The girl proceeded to be rude and say "So what else and I said like the picture?" and she said let me see your phone Ill send it to me via air drop. Then put my phone on the counter and just left it there. I said "are you done? can I have my phone back? and she said it's there. I grabbed it and put it in my pocket. I took me almost 1 hour to place and order and she ordered a big cake instead of the one I wanted. When I picked it up I was like whatever I paid for it and I wanted to leave. We served the cake and we found an egg shell in the cake. It made me so upset I paid for a $102 cake and for it to be so big for a few ppl, a 1 hour order, and the cake still having egg shells. Like it was a waste of money. Never going back. I had also found a hair on a bread my coworkers got from here and we were just done with the place. This bakery has definitely given up on quality and taste of their cakes. It seems as if they are only there to make money off of anyone who isn’t Spanish speaking. I’ve seen nice decorated cakes when I place my cake orders. But my cakes never come out how they should be. It looks like my toddler decorated it, mind you they always ask you to send a picture of what you want it to look like. I have to bring in my mom to speak Spanish but my cake still isn’t worth the money spent. I’ve tried to give them chance after chance but this time I refuse to spend another dime there. For my sons 3rd birthday his onward cake looked like they did it in 3 seconds. The cake itself tasted days old and hard. And now I just had my baby shower yesterday giving them another chance. The outside colors weren’t the ones I wanted them to be ok whatever. But then I cut it open and the strawberries are not even good. They are rotten, I’m pregnant and could’ve gotten sick had I eaten them. If you don’t have good fruit call the customer. I would have rather had no fruit then rotten fruit and had to throw out an entire cake. Waste of money.
