Vegetarian cuisine is served at this bar. Nicely cooked salads and tasty turkey have an appetizing taste. The cooks here prepare good acai bowls. Great smoothies, fresh juices or coffee are what may make you return to Vitality Bowls. The cute staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Professional service is something that guests highlight in their reviews. You will pay fair prices for your meal. The calm atmosphere is what this place is about. Based on the users' feedback on Google, this spot deserved 4.

Vitality Bowls is the worst restaurant in Lafayette. Even when I place an online order 45 mins ahead, it is never ready when I arrive. I’ve ordered food for 4 times and each time my order was messed up. They add whatever ingredients they want even those not mentioned on the actual menu. The person at the register even yelled at me, saying that I lied about the order being wrong (it was), after I asked for a refund. Unfortunately, I can’t say anything about the food quality because I’ve never got a chance to taste the properly made sandwich that they offer on the menu. This business is slow. This business is rude. This business is not trustworthy. People who work there lie. They never refund money. Service Take out Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I frequent this location (about twice per week) mostly because I am pregnant and an açaí bowl is about the only thing I can keep down these days. The quality of the bowls is satisfactory, my favorite “go to” is the warrior bowl, very healthy and tasty (when produced correctly). Sadly, the reason for my 3 stars is because my order has been produced incorrectly multiple times and I’ve even witnessed another customer complaining their order was incorrect while I was in line to pick up my order. I think it’s important for staff to prioritize order accuracy. I do make sure to order online and this avoids the long wait times, however the couple of times I have ordered in store I’ve had to wait over 10 minutes for my order. I also feel the store could benefit from better cleanliness. Once during my visit the door was sticky upon entering and another time the entire floor at the entrance was sticky, it was almost hard to escape the stickiness. I love having my açaí bowls for lunch and hope to return but if this continues to reoccur I will have no choice but to find another lunch spot to frequent. Pictured here was one of the times my order was produced correctly and it’s delicious! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
Avoid at all costs, just don’t go here. They run out of ingredients, don’t tell you anything about your order missing things and then “can’t” do a refund or contact you back for said refund. They are slow at everything and customer service is absolute garbage. I ordered a wrap with potatoes eggs avocado and steak and two chimichurri sauces on the side. I get home and the wrap has only steak and sauce in it (not on the side) and nothing else. I go back and ask where the eggs, potatoes and avocado are. Their response was they ran out… Why would you make a wrap without everything and not tell me… I request a refund and the cashier says she cannot but will take my email and phone number and the manager will call me. It’s been over a month now. I tried going in a few times but it’s always “the manager is not here and I cannot do refunds”. Don’t go here, you will be disappointed. Very understaffed, only one guy taking orders and making smoothies. I mobile ordered 15 minutes before arriving and my smoothie still was not ready. I don’t blame the associate. I understand how difficult it can be to be the only person working but if I would’ve known that it would take as long as it did I would’ve sent my order the the pleasant hill location and drive the extra five minutes instead waiting an extra 15. Their online ordering system is awful. They request more personal information than anyone else and then you can't login no matter how many times you try to resend the code or reset your password. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
Food is good but I can’t fathom why it takes so long to blend / assemble fruit and sandwiches. And if it takes that long the order should be done right 100% of the time. No excuse for the wait times (when few customers are there) and inaccuracy. Service Dine in Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! THIS PLACE RUINS DAYS I ordered online at 11:21. My order had an instant pick up time adjustment to 11:50. A half hour for a cold wrap is crazy but whatever. I showed up around 11:43 and walked into this dump of a facility. The cleanest thing here were the windows only becuase they were activly being washed by a third party cleaner. The young man walked out from the kitchen 4 times before acknowledging anyone in the lobby (me and 5 others). What if I hadn't ordered online.. I didn't know I was supposed to ring the doorbell at the counter if I wanted to have the ability to be greeted or order food. By the time I finally received my extremely complicated order of two wraps it was 13 minutes past the scheduled completion time or 42 minutes past the original order time. The bag was handed to me in a rude fashion with no words said. When I finally opened my long awaited lunch it was a disaster. The meat was on the bottom and the rice on the top... they folded the wrap the wrong way so it didn't mix the ingredients. Not only does this place blow but they cleary don't have competency in the back. Go here if you like self punishment..
I would highly recommend avoiding this establishment unless you have plenty of time to sit and wait. It took almost 40 minutes of ordering in person and waiting for two fresh juices. The staff decided to help themselves to their own food before serving 8+ customers waiting for their orders. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
More sugar than a Twinkie, slower than molasses in January and more expensive than your cable bill, these açaí bowls are a racket. That said, they are tasty as all get up. The honey on top of the bananas on top of the granola makes it. The kombucha on tap is a nice touch. Service is friendly and this chain as enough of a menu to keep it interesting if you get Bowl-bored.
