Great change up while on our trip here. They had a huge menu with their best take on Mexican food. I wouldn't say it's "authentic" but it was pretty damn good. It was an interesting take on the cuisine. The chips were very crunchy and the rice bowl was great. It was a small operation but for sure would stop by again while in Ninh Binh given my experience. I came at an odd hour waiting for my bus to leave, so no customers and had the place to myself :). Since the bus ride is 7-8 hours I wanted to fill up and be full! I got the beef fajita plate. The food was delicious and well prepared! The place looks cute. Was empty when l got there, but stuff were friendly and food was quick. The coconut coffee was sweet and very enjoyable. The mexican rice was good, but the garlic fries lacked garlic 😅 The prices are reasonable and such a big menu. Incredible all round experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They custom-made corn nachos & tacos for us, even though it wasn't on the menu. The food was delicious, fresh and rich in flavour. Highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went here after 2 weeks in Vietnam. The food was AMAZING, everything was freshly made. the owner was extremely nice and spoke good Englisch, we would recommend this place to everyone. We happened to stumble upon this hidden gem while on a roadtrip from Ha long Bay to Ninh Binh, a beautiful place with a great Mexican vibe in a beautiful town near Trang-Gan. Romeo, owner and Head Chef is a very interesting person full of energy, experiences and positive insights. The food was excellent, we ended up coming back for breakfast tacos too. It was freshly prepared and super delicious!! Moreover, he even guided us on places to visit in the town and places that were unexplored and off the grid. Loved the service delivery, warmth and hospitality of amazing Romeo, a must try if you're in Ninh Binh!

Wow, what a pleasant find… genuinely delicious Texmex food right in Ninh Bihn! As an American traveling long-term who misses the good Mexican restaurants back home, I’d highly recommend this place. The food was delicious and much better than most of the other Mexican restaurants that I’ve tried through SE Asia. I enjoyed the burritos and Mexican soup. There are tons of veggie options if that’s your preference. The prices and service were both great as well! A hidden gem. The best Mexican food in Ninh Binh we was tried. We had the perfect stewed meat tostadas, with good taste and juicy meat. Good service, no need too much time for the dinner. Good Tex-Mex restaurant with very reasonable prices. They offer Tex-Mex foods as well as Vietnamese foods. The hospitality is also great. One of the manager speaks very fluent English, so you will not have any trouble ordering. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
