That's a nice idea to order tasty duck, kibinai and soup. Some guests recommend good beer at this restaurant. There is a great view from Viva Trakai. The gracious staff welcomes people all year round. Cool service is something visitors agree upon here. In accordance with the guests' opinions, prices are average. You will appreciate the cute decor and exotic atmosphere of this place. Google users awarded this spot 4.4.

We have stayed at Viva Trakai for one night, had dinner and breakfast. Can’t complain about the service as the lady who served us was nice and helpful. However I must add that even though the location is great with superb views, the food is average and some dishes even below average. We had various meals from starters to mains and most of them were not tasty and poorly done. The most shocking was shashlyk - meat was poor quality, overcooked and dry. Why would someone pay money for this if they can do better themselves? I bet they will start loosing customers if they won’t improve their kitchen. I rather go to Lithuanian restaurant than Georgian as portions are small, overpriced and simply just not worth it. My recommendations on meals you can order: Caesar salad and most of the options on the breakfast menu. I can’t recommend mains as they were not great. So shall you visit this place? My answer is yes you can go there for a snack and a drink to enjoy the view of the castle ⛵️

I live in USA and I was visiting Vilnius and Trakai recently. What an AMAZING restaurant!!! Great service and Great Food!!! I highly reccomend this place to everybody. Great staff and delicious dishes. Dining experience with the gorgeous view of the castle on the lake. Meal type Dinner

We were trying to pay with a card for a dinner, POS didn’t work (not because of our fault!) and they didn’t allow us to leave (!) even if it was company ordered dinner… No trust to the customer - not how it works in Lithuania….

Ignored us for over half an hour, didn’t bother to speak to us for our order. So we left. They knew we were here but clearly were not bothered to serve us. No idea where all these good reviews for service have come from.

The Viva restaurant is a great place to visit. The food is amazing, the service also is brilliant. We went there last year and this year again were looking forward to visit this restaurant. The quality of the food is real high standard. The price is really equal the quality. It is amazing place to spend with the family and friend. The view to the castle is spectacular. Highly recommend it.

This is NOT a tourist trap. The views of the lake and castle are perfect, the decoration is fancy, and the food is great (mostly Georgian good which is a great cuisine by itself). We come here every time we come visit the castle. Nice staff: last time our baby bumped her head, and they brought a toy to console her and ice before we even asked.

Really expensive and food is pretty bad. I have tasted way better kebab on regalar street food spots and it was 4x less expensive. Not exagerating. Also we had fish, waiter mentioned something vaguely about the sellecting the ammount and in the end it turned out the this meal costed 35 eur and was reall belov average. Really disapointed with the experience. I don’t know if its because of the end of the seasson or its just a tourist trap. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

I could only say good things about this accomodation.|Mid range price with the lake and castle view.|1km walk to the castle, easy walk to the main tourist attraction.|Parking is good.|Spacious room and very clean, the sheets and rooms are pleasant smelling.|Breakfast is good too.|Before coming to Trakai, I searched for hotels and this is the best deal.|Keep up the good work!
