Vocelli needs Apple Pay Idk. Tried to call and place an order and didn’t get anyone to answer the phone for 10 min decided to go out and get food somewhere else and drove by and saw Vocelli was open so I turned around and went back to order take out. Figured they must’ve been slammed busy to not answer the phone. Carry out was empty and only 2 pies on the screen. I placed my order and realized I forgot my wallet at my house because I tried to order delivery and failed. And Vocelli doesn’t do Apple Pay unfortunately so I am leaving empty handed :( Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

There was a pizza restaurant in Texas that I remember very fondly, as they had a great pie; lots of cheese, great toppings, and a great family atmosphere. Vocelli is not quite there, but it's close. All the pies I've gotten so far have had lots of cheese, good crust, good sauce, and they have plenty of different toppings to make sure you can either get what you want or don't get bored with the same old combinations. And as a bonus they are very fast. I'm probably going to be a regular for a while.

We ordered tonight and have usually loved Vocelli's. It's been our go to for years. My husband ordered tonight and not only was the pizza order absolutely wrong (ordered pepperoni and bacon), but it looked like someone had taken actual bite marks out of it. Manager Nick, Nicky, or Micky (connection was bad) was rude and dismissive. Tonight was downright awful and disgusting. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner

We usually order pizza and always have good experience.... until tonight. We ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo , side salad and wings. The wings were so ridiculously oily. The fettuccine was burnt in the dish and dry. The garlic bread was barely cooked and soaked in butter. Again, normally we only order pizza and it’s always good. If this had been my first experience it would have been my last. Now we know to stick to pizza. FYI- we called tonight to use the credit and the young lady couldn’t find it. She apologized multiple times and then manager Alex got on phone and my husband explained situation. Alex immediately took care of us and apologized for original issue and for the confusion tonight. I am updating my review to 5 stars because of this. Again, we never had issues previously ( always order pizza) . THANK YOU for responding and resolving issue . And Thank you to Alex for taking care of us today.

Not sure wth is going with vocelli pizzeria these days, I have been ordering pizza for years but tons do it anymore because they don't seem to care about customer service anymore. It seems employees are bothered when a question is asked. Service Delivery Price per person $30–50 Service: 1

Pizza dough was raw , I taken the pizza back and they said we can put the pizza back in the oven after spending $25 for a medium pizza. No discount after driving 15 minutes back to the store. Staff is very nice and friendly. Pizzas are extremely fresh and taste delicious. Great place to order food to share between a few people. Service is timely. They have a drive through which is convenient during lunch time. They are open 7 days a week.

Our favorite pizza is the bbq chicken. I ordered pasta for the first time and had no clue what type of pasta it was. It was super over cooked. I’ll stick to my pizza.

I walked into the Establishment on a Saturday. Not acknowledged wasn’t talk to wasn’t greeted the place was messy and the people just sat there on their chairs on their phone ! We left. It wasn’t busy at all! Only 1 pizza looked to be cooking also. My kids really wanted to try their food. What a disappointment! We really wanted wings, pizza and drinks. Their pizza making skills have gone downhill at this location. The pizza is usually burnt and if you pay for extra cheese good luck actually getting it. I use to love going here but this is 3rd time in a month I received lackluster pizza from them. Im gonna find another location.
